The detached villa on its own plot comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms, with a cozy living room with panoramic forest view, spacious glass veranda, 2 bathrooms, and sauna. There is also a remote workstation and a carport. The location is great: 200 m to trails, 350 m to ski bus, 800 m to ski lift & ski-in during spring. Feel at home and make the most of Ylläs’ outdoor activities and peaceful nature.

Villa in the heart of lapland

The cabin provides comfortable accommodation spaces and a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals after long days. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has separable beds. Upstairs there's a large bunk beds, WC and a fold-out futon sofa for an extra bed. The sauna is located in a separate outdoor building, accessed through a glazed terrace. An outdoor fireplace is also situated on the terrace, where you can enjoy even the chilliest of evenings.

Completed in the spring of 2024, the villa is located in a quiet location close to Äkäslompolo's services and activities. Illuminated ski trails, a ski bus/bus stop and a beach in summer are within walking distance. Cycling and hiking can be accessed directly from the yard of the holiday villa. The villa is great for two families, multiple generations, or even a group of adults on an active holiday. The single-level villa has 4 bedrooms and two separate toilets.
