Vacation rentals with breakfast in Yeonsu-gu

I think it would have been a little better if there was a refrigerator. I was so grateful that the host responded right away. This is where I want to book again when using Incheon Airport.

I was so satisfied with my stay. I was worried if it would be as described due to a previous bad experience but it was so lovely and homely. You share a kitchen and bathroom with 2 other girls and I was fortunate to have a lovely flatmate for the month I stayed. Even though there wasn’t AC in the room, there was a fan but I usually just slept with my door slightly open whilst the AC in the kitchen was on overnight. The house didn’t get that hot anyway so it was never an inconvenience. The double bed was comfortable and the area was quiet and nice. I would fully recommend staying here if you are staying in Seoul for an extended period. Thank you so much!

I couldn't feel more welcome by the host, who could speak good English. A lovely home sits in a quiet residential area yet it was less than 10min walk from the nearest train station. The room was spacious and clean. He even offered me a ride to Gimpo early in the morning for a very reasonable price. Thanks for the hospitality!

It was a very satisfying place to stay. I actually rent one room in an apartment where the host lives. There is also plenty of private space, so it is easy to spend time. The host was also very kind and told me about nearby cafes and restaurants. I would definitely use it again.

I have no words to describe how amazing this accommodation is! It was my first time renting a shared room so I didn't know what to expect but omg was it good! Jungjin and his wife are amazing hosts, very friendly and hospitable. His wife was making me breakfast every morning with a salad, fruits, eggs, croissant or bread and everything. She was also doing the laundry for me. They have a pretty spacious room, the bed is super comfy and the TV is the perfect size to watch k-dramas! They also have a big bathroom that they don't use when they have a guest. The area is very convenient to go to Seoul (it takes about an hour) and there's a bus stop right in front of the complex. Songnae station is about 10 min on foot. I'm so thankful for everything and if I visit Korea again on my own I definitely want to stay with them again! Thank you guys for making my stay so wonderful! You have a place in my heart<3

It was a wonderful trip that made my impression of Songdo even better. I was also very satisfied with the accommodation. Thanks to the carefully prepared breakfast and the friendly guidance of the nearby places to enjoy, my trip became even more abundant. In particular, the location that you can walk to Central Park was a really big advantage. The room was spacious and pleasant, and I was able to use the bathroom alone, so I was able to stay more conveniently. The host was kind and responded very quickly, so I trusted him. Koojjang place was just superb.her hospitality was even better. She drove 20min longer to pick us up from terminal 2.and let us stay 1 hour extra as our flight was just late in the afternoon. Her place was on the spot.clean and all the details were already considered. The bed was very comfortable as well as the couch.a shame I could only stay one night. Definetly I’d come back for another lay over. Thank you again 🙏🏻

I rented Christine's house for a month, and it was exceptional. Christine and her family were incredibly welcoming and kind. The house is conveniently located, just a 3-minute walk from a bus stop, with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Getting to Songdo or Seoul was easy, taking 30-40 minutes by bus and 60 minutes by subway. Christine's house is warm, clean, and tidy. The room was well-equipped with all daily necessities, so I didn't need to buy anything extra. The family respected my privacy but were also hospitable and friendly when I needed help. They invited me to dinner, and Christine even taught me how to make delicious Korean food. She showed me how to take the bus to my workplace and gifted me a T-money transportation card. Their cute dog, 호두, initially barked a lot but quickly grew accustomed to my presence. I truly appreciate Christine and her family's help during my first month in Korea. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Korea.

The accommodation was beautiful. All rooms and bed sheets were clean. Everything, including tableware and towels, was sufficient and luxurious. The barbecue fire was prepared in advance so that the meat could be grilled right away. This is the first time I've experienced a place that prepares like this. Normally, I had to wait while inhaling the smoke until the fire was in a state where I could grill the meat. Breakfast was fried eggs, 2 kinds of bread, salad, ham, 2 kinds of cheese, cream cheese, basil paste, jam, coffee, etc., but it was at the level of a luxury hotel. Above all, the host, Kyung-seon, was considerate so that we could stay comfortably. The people who went with me were so satisfied. I had a nice stay. Thank you.

I had to go into the airport at dawn, so it was a nearby accommodation. Overall, I am satisfied. It's a face-to-face check-in method, but it won't be too uncomfortable for those who are comfortable with non-face-to-face check-ins, but the host is kind, so it won't be very uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very clean and urban area, but it wasn't a complicated place, so it was a place where I could sleep comfortably because there was no delivery motorcycle or drunk noise. The cleanliness was also very, very clean. A slight disadvantage?? If it's the same thing, the entire second floor takes off your shoes, use the shared living room, and has a shared living room. The living room was warm with floor ondol, whereas I don't know if the bedroom is a floor boiler switch or a central heating method, but it was colder than the living room corridor, so it was a bit of a pity that I didn't feel warm when I entered the bedroom. The kids were lying in the hallway in the middle because the hallway was warmer than the room. I don't know if this part is because I don't know the switch, but it was a bit of a pity, and if there is a switch or something, I would like to have instructions for the next guests. Other than that, milk, bread, and cereal are also provided, and it is a very satisfactory accommodation. We strongly recommend it.
