I was so satisfied with my stay. I was worried if it would be as described due to a previous bad experience but it was so lovely and homely. You share a kitchen and bathroom with 2 other girls and I was fortunate to have a lovely flatmate for the month I stayed. Even though there wasn’t AC in the room, there was a fan but I usually just slept with my door slightly open whilst the AC in the kitchen was on overnight. The house didn’t get that hot anyway so it was never an inconvenience. The double bed was comfortable and the area was quiet and nice. I would fully recommend staying here if you are staying in Seoul for an extended period. Thank you so much!

I couldn't feel more welcome by the host, who could speak good English. A lovely home sits in a quiet residential area yet it was less than 10min walk from the nearest train station. The room was spacious and clean. He even offered me a ride to Gimpo early in the morning for a very reasonable price. Thanks for the hospitality!

집 같이 아늑했습니다. 라페스타와 원마운트, 호수공원이 걸어서 가까운 위치에 있었고 버스정류장도 바로 앞에 있어서 접근성이 좋습니다. 일 때문에 머물게 되어서 호스트님과 길게 대화를 나눌 여유는 없어 아쉬웠지만 배려가 넘치는 분이었습니다.

I enjoyed my stay at Mia's lovely home, she made me feel very welcome and comfortable the entire time. I felt very relaxed and happy during my stay and cannot recommend this spot enough! 💗

I have no words to describe how amazing this accommodation is! It was my first time renting a shared room so I didn't know what to expect but omg was it good! Jungjin and his wife are amazing hosts, very friendly and hospitable. His wife was making me breakfast every morning with a salad, fruits, eggs, croissant or bread and everything. She was also doing the laundry for me. They have a pretty spacious room, the bed is super comfy and the TV is the perfect size to watch k-dramas! They also have a big bathroom that they don't use when they have a guest. The area is very convenient to go to Seoul (it takes about an hour) and there's a bus stop right in front of the complex. Songnae station is about 10 min on foot. I'm so thankful for everything and if I visit Korea again on my own I definitely want to stay with them again! Thank you guys for making my stay so wonderful! You have a place in my heart<3

송도에 대한 인상이 더욱 좋아질 수 있었던 멋진 여행이었습니다. 숙소도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 아침을 정성스럽게 제공해주신 점과 즐길 수 있는 주변 장소들을 친절하게 안내해주신 덕분에 여행이 한층 더 풍성해졌습니다. 특히 센트럴파크까지 도보로 이동할 수 있는 위치가 정말 큰 장점이었습니다. 방은 넓고 쾌적했으며, 화장실을 단독으로 이용할 수 있어 더욱 편리하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 호스트분도 친절하고 응대가 매우 신속해 믿음이 갔습니다. 좋은 숙소 덕분에 좋은 기억으로 남은 여행이었습니다. 감사합니다

Koojjang place was just superb.her hospitality was even better. She drove 20min longer to pick us up from terminal 2.and let us stay 1 hour extra as our flight was just late in the afternoon. Her place was on the spot.clean and all the details were already considered. The bed was very comfortable as well as the couch.a shame I could only stay one night. Definetly I’d come back for another lay over. Thank you again 🙏🏻

I rented Christine's house for a month, and it was exceptional. Christine and her family were incredibly welcoming and kind. The house is conveniently located, just a 3-minute walk from a bus stop, with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Getting to Songdo or Seoul was easy, taking 30-40 minutes by bus and 60 minutes by subway. Christine's house is warm, clean, and tidy. The room was well-equipped with all daily necessities, so I didn't need to buy anything extra. The family respected my privacy but were also hospitable and friendly when I needed help. They invited me to dinner, and Christine even taught me how to make delicious Korean food. She showed me how to take the bus to my workplace and gifted me a T-money transportation card. Their cute dog, 호두, initially barked a lot but quickly grew accustomed to my presence. I truly appreciate Christine and her family's help during my first month in Korea. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Korea.

주변 버스가 어지간한 놀 장소로 가기에 매우 편했고 지하철도 도보로 갈 수 있는 거리이기에 교통편이 매우 좋았다고 생각합니다. 가격대비 위치가 너무 좋았고 편하게 잘 지냈습니다.

숙소는 아름다웠습니다. 모든 방과 침대 시트들은 청결했습니다. 식기, 타월 등 모든 것이 충분하고 고급스러웠습니다. 바베큐 불은 바로 고기를 구울 수 있도록 미리 작업을 해서 준비해 주셨습니다. 이렇게 준비 해 주시는 곳은 처음 경험합니다. 보통는 불이 고기를 구울 수 있는 상태가 되도록 연기를 마시면서 기다려야 했었는데 말이죠. 아침은 계란후라이, 빵 2종, 샐러드, 햄, 치즈 2종, 크림치즈, 바질페이스트, 잼, 커피등이었는데 왠만한 고급 호텔 수준이었습니다. 무엇보다 호스트이신 경선님께서 편하게 묵을 수 있도록 배려해 주셨습니다. 함께 갔던 일행들은 너무나 만족했습니다. 잘 지내고 갑니다. 감사합니다.

공항에 새벽에 들어가야해서 가까운 곳으로 잡은 숙소인데 전반적으로 만족합니다. 직접 대면 체크인방식인데 비대면체크인이 편하신 분한테는 호불호가 갈리겠지만 호스트분이 친절하셔서 크게 불편하지는 않을 듯 합니다. 전체적으로 아주 깨끗하고 도심지이지만 복잡한 곳이 아니어서 배달 오토바이라던지 주취 소음같은게 없어서 편하게 잘 수 있었던 곳이었습니다. 청결도도 아주아주 깨끗하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 약간은 단점?? 같은거라면 2층 전체가 신발을 벗고 들어가서 공유 거실을 사용하고 각 호실이 있는 방식인데 거실은 바닥 온돌로 따뜻했던 반면 침실은 바닥 보일러 스위치를 찾지 못한것인지 중앙난방 방식인지는 모르겠지만 오히려 거실복도보다 차가워서 제가 갔던 날이 눈오고 엄청 추웠던 날인데 침실에 들어갔을 때 아--- 따뜻하다 하는 느낌은 없어서 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 애들이 방보다 복도가 따뜻하다고 중간에 복도에 누워있다 오기 했습니다. 이 부분은 제가 스위치를 몰라서 인지 모르겠지만 좀 아쉬웠던 부분이고 스위치라던지 하는 부분이 있다면 그 다음 게스트들을 위해서 안내가 있었으면 하는 부분입니다. 그 외에는 우유나 빵, 시리얼등도 제공이 되고 아주 만족했던 숙소입니다. 강추합니다.

조용하고 뷰 좋은 곳에 위치한 에어비앤비! 호스트님 너무 친절하시고 관리 잘 되어있어서 깔끔한 곳에서 편안하게 묵고 갑니다. 추천해요!
