At the end of the day, kick back and enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The marina and local shopping centre with IGA supermarket, bakery and several cafes is just a short 2 min drive away.

Our guest suite is fully equipped from the kitchen to the laundry & everything in between. Fully ducted reverse cycle aircon makes for a cool summer escape or a warm winter retreat. Come relax at Misty's, your space is the entire downstairs home/apartment. Exclusive use, includes 3brms, bathroom, kitchen/dining/lounge plus countyard the lovely alfresco, outside is the shared yard. We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance. The Yanchep national park is just a short drive away. Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside through the garage via the outside stairs.

This is a fully self contained private Studio Apartment. It is part of an enormous house which consists of Merino Manor, 3br unit plus Perendale Penthouse, 4br unit. Combined the three units can accomodate 22 guests It has a well set up kitchen with pantry, four element electric stove, good sized fridge and freezer, large comfy lounge and enough crockery and cutlery to cater for up to six people in case you have visitors call in.
