Seddon is an inner city suburb with a friendly demographic that enjoys the cafe and coffee culture. There are small parks speckled throughout the suburb and people will always greet you with a smile as they pass you by. There is a train station with walking distance away and takes 4 stops to arrive within the Melbourne City CBD. If you have a rental car, you can park about 20 meteres away from the apartment with no restrictions. The apartment is located on the top level of a retail store with a private entry from the rear lane.

My place is close to cafe cultured, and trendy Yarraville Village and the `art deco' Sun Theatre. Located in a quiet residential area with a nice park opposite. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood and the ambiance with heaps of cafes and restaurants with a 5 minute walk. The Yarraville train station is a 5 minute walk and only a 10 minute train ride to Melbourne CBD. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
