Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Trish was an excellent host. Her instructions were timely and accurate which made renting very easy. Beachside is a beautiful and peaceful area within easy walking to the beach. The house backs onto natural bush which is a plus. A great place to relax.

The kitchen features a central island with an organized display of various bowls and serving dishes. A colorful wall art piece adds character, while high-end appliances, including a coffee machine, are visible. Natural light brightens the space, enhancing the clean, modern design.

We recently stayed at this property and were impressed by its beautiful design and ideal location, which made our trip truly enjoyable. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a wonderful base for our visit. However, we did have some concerns about the outdoor security cameras. While we appreciate the need for security, their positioning made the outdoor living spaces feel less private, which limited our ability to fully relax and enjoy those areas. Overall, it’s a lovely property, but a bit more consideration for guest privacy in the outdoor spaces would make it even better.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect peaceful and ideal for completely unwinding, yet still close enough to easily access the nearby towns. Every detail in the home was thoughtfully considered, making it feel so warm and cozy. The scent throughout the space was amazing we loved it so much that we actually bought it at the Saturday morning markets just a few streets away!

Maureen's place is absolutely beautiful and it was lovely to arrive to. Everything was so clean and welcoming. It's in a wonderful location right opposite the park and next to a couple of lovely cafes and a short stroll to the beach. The best part was I was able to bring my pooch which I am always so grateful. Thank you Maureen for having us. We had a wonderful stay and will look forward to returning sometime soon. Highly recommend!

Studio 23 - Romance, Style, Comfort

We had a wonderful stay at Gordon and Sue’s place. Even though we booked less than 24 hours before arriving, everything was ready ahead of time. They were friendly, responsive, and easy-going to deal with. The place felt like a private villa, with ocean views and a beautiful breeze flowing through - a great mix of open and private space. The bed was large and super comfortable with soft linens. The beach is just a short walk down the hill, while cafes and shops are a little further—either a longer walk or a quick drive. We hadn’t been to Yaroomba before, but loved how peaceful it was. It’s close to everything, yet quiet—perfect if you like to feel more like a local than a tourist while on holiday. Thanks again for having us, Gordon and Sue. We’ll definitely be back!
