Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Yancey County

Jeff has a beautiful property that was thoroughly enjoyed by the entire party. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful experience with an amazing view to give Jeff and his property a chance! We look forward to booking again in the future.

Thanks to Ashley and Zach for letting us stay in their beautiful and cozy home. Ashley was great, accommodating and understandable host. The communication was easy , with no delay in answering or helping before and during our stay. The location was great, no noises from the traffic. The house was clean and welcoming. It is spacious, plenty of comfortable places to sit, relax and enjoy the view. Overall it was a perfect combination of quality and price.

My husband and I eloped June 10th at Jump Off Rock and invited our immediate family to join us. Beaver Cabin was our meeting place. We filled this place with the max amount of guests and even then, there was plenty of space! The kitchen is so well stocked, there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there. Towels, linens were plentiful. There is only one bathroom on each level, so lots of sharing, but it wasn't an issue for us. The porch was my favorite part, the view of the mountains, watching storms roll in, the clouds/fog come and go...perfect! The basement was awesome for the kids! The only negative for us was the driveway. It was steep and washed out in places, so a little difficult to navigate (for those of us not used to it) but not impossible. I appreciated being able to drive all the way up to the front door but park down below. Overall, a wonderful stay for a very special week. Would love to return!

This cabin was everything you could ask for! John clearly went above and beyond to ensure we had all the creature comforts we could need, in a home that is absolutely stunning. We could have listened to the creek and animals for hours on end. Would absolutely book again when back in town.

A pristine home in an amazing private community. Full equipped with kitchen, bath, and extras. Always great recommendations and responsive to questions. Highly recommend for families that enjoy nature and privacy.

My family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the cabin very much! Very clean and everything we needed for the weekend. Great place to stay if visiting Burnsville.

Beautiful view! Unfortunately many places are still closed due to hurricane Helene in surrounding areas. Amy was helpful and was able to get us a pack and play and a fire pit. We did have many stink bugs and Asian lady Beatles that were throughout the house. Likely trying to get out of the cold. Other than that it is a beautiful house with a beautiful view.

We absolutely LOVED staying at Matt’s place! The most beautiful, private cabin with an amazing view and the best cozy vibes. The perfect stay for a weekend getaway in Asheville. We loved sitting on the covered deck drinking coffee and enjoying the hot tub at sunset. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene, mountainside escape.

We had a fabulous girls trip at this property in North Asheville. Woodfin is a great location and had walkable restaurants nearby. It’s only a 15 minute drive to downtown Asheville. 16 minutes to the Biltmore House. The property itself was amazing. We had six ladies on the trip and we all felt that there was more than enough space in this home. Plenty of bathrooms. Nice open concept kitchen and living room. The gas fireplace was an awesome perk. Hot tub was very enjoyable in the cool December night. And the wine fridge upstairs near hot tub was a delight. Highly recommend this property as well as the other YONDER properties. I would definitely use this property again when I return to Asheville.

Alex & Josh were great host! Communicated clear & easy check in and check out instructions and were check in with us throughout our stay. The cabin itself was beautiful and clean, it was stocked with everything we needed pretty much in the kitchen and bathrooms. There were little chocolates on all the beds when we arrived, there were all different types of towels, to bathe, pool towels even make up towels which was , little thoughtful details we appreciated. The location was really great! My boyfriend and I were able to do a bunch of hikes near by but also be close enough to enjoy the downtown Asheville area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, would definitely return!

Awesome layout for a group of 4 or more!

I had an amazing stay at Casey’s place! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, with beautiful views of Lake Lure. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful decor and extra amenities. Casey was a fantastic host—quick to respond, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in Lake Lure!

This place was everything we didn’t know we needed. Tucked away in the quiet beauty of Lake Lure, it felt like our own little escape. The house was clean, cozy, and had so many thoughtful touches. We started each morning with coffee on the deck and ended each night under the stars—it was peaceful in a way that’s hard to put into words. Our family made real memories here, and we’re already talking about coming back.

Great space! Very CLEAN. Beautiful location. Adam was very responsive to questions. Home is private and picturesque yet a short drive to downtown Weaverville and Asheville. The home WiFi uses older encryption (TKIP) but I was able to use my cellphone as a hotspot for school/work. Personal devices connected to the WiFi fine. Both AT&T and Verizon cellular networks have strong signal here. This was minor and did not deter from our enjoyment of the residence or the trip itself. We had a wonderful time, and would return.

Great place with a lot to do for everyone in the family! Even had a few really nice locations for family pics with a family of 20 (Fireplace, Outdoor Kitchen area)

Travis and Rosemary’s home on the mountain is aptly named an oasis. The home was convenient to our favorite towns in the area, the view and solitude were amazing, the decor and house layout were perfect. We loved having the ability to swim, hike, and see wildlife right out the front door. Communication with the hosts was great.

We had a fabulous stay. The house was immaculate and probably the best equipped we’ve ever stayed in. Thoughtful hosts had provided everything from kids books and play equipment to every possible kitchen gadget and utensil. The sunset was spectacular and once everyone had finished playing in the games room, we spent an hour star-gazing. Great mountain hikes nearby too. Only wish we could have stayed a bit longer!

Taylor communicated well with me and was responsive. Although the area has had a devastating hurricane the area was easy to get in and out. Certainly a fine place for relaxing and getting away. Definitely would stay again.

A great place to stay if you want to connect with nature. Eliot was very prompt in responding if there were any issues and very quick to resolve. The kitchen was stocked with any appliance, dish, or utensil you would ever need, and the variety of entertainment options (games, activities, media, etc.) was expansive. The hot tub was the perfect touch. Would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful stay with our family here! The amenities offered plenty of fun and were easy to access. We had a great getaway!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for our anniversary weekend. My favorite part was sitting in the hot tub after a good hike listening to the sound of the river in the back yard. The cabin was squeaky clean, updated, and had a very well stocked kitchen. They thought of everything you may need during your stay. We can’t wait to come back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the peace & quiet at Ridgeview Lodge! I have no complaints. The home is a great set up for multiple families staying together. Comfortable king beds, ice cold AC, a bathroom on all three floors, a great play area for the kids downstairs, all just as pictured/described. Even though it was rainy during our stay, the kids were still entertained with the ping pong table indoors and the hot tub on the deck. Beautiful scenery!!

What an absolute delight staying at this gorgeous home. Wade was very helpful and responsive to all our queries. our family had a great time! The kids loved dipping into the River right across the home and it was a perfect weekend getaway. The home was cozy and the interiors was beautiful.. We shall definitely be back.
