the apartment has a very beautiful view, it is spacious and well equipped for 6. the linens are of very good quality , the services too. the host is very attentive, there were bcp of products offered for our welcome. Julian kept in touch with us during our stay , he always advised us, although we did not meet his neighbor Noé who came very kindly to welcome us for him. Thank you.

We definitely would stay again.

Beautiful apartment, great location with a lot of love for detail. A great beach playground is 5 minutes away by foot and there is a parasol and sand toys in the apartment. I'm sure we'll be back.

A very spacious, clean, quiet, well appointed apartment in a wonderful location. Host met us at the street door to greet us. Good local shops including a Lidl & a Mercardo. Opposite the old Colon Mercado ( with bars & restaurants) and easy walking to the old river and all the facilities. Nice vegetarian restaurant in the next street. Nearest Metro station at the end of the street is Colon with easy access to all other metro lines and airport.

The apartment is as it is shown in the photos. There's also a little breeze, so it wasn't necessary to turn on the A/C. The area is super quiet and with everything you need nearby. Estefania was the person in charge of receiving us and was charming and super helpful. And Javier and Marina communicated via message, also attentive. We had a great family weekend. We'll be back!

Despite the climate disaster in Valencia which has touched us a lot in view of the many victims, we will keep a good memory with regard to the welcome that was given to us by Enrique in Nules.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. Thank you Vanessa for such a great experience!!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment in early June 2025. The accommodation was true to the listing, beachfront and close to the port and restaurants. Clean accommodation with air conditioning and Wi-Fi and offering a large terrace with a view of a beautiful natural area. The building is quiet, secure and well maintained with the pool. In the evening, however, there are a lot of mosquitoes, it is better to eat inside. Nothing to do with the apartment but it's a shame to find a lot of plastic waste in the parking lot in front of the building and along the natural area going to the beach.

Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Beach was incredible. Apartment had everything you need and more. Soni is so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place. Super comfy beds too.

Jose took the time to check us in and show us around , msg us recommendations and generally felt if we needed anything he’d be happy to help . The place was perfect and situated just right from beach to shops to travel . All in all spot on definitely stdy again Thankyou Jose

Eugenia was fast to respond, accommodating and the place was close to the beach and a couple stations by which we could get to the centre in no time.

Amparo is a very good host. She was always approachable and responded quickly to messages. Upon our arrival, we found water, bread, oranges and watermelon. Coffee, tea and jam were also available, so we didn't have to shop much. The apartment was very clean and as described. Amparo was very friendly and gave us tips for the city. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back. We had a very good stay and can only recommend the apartment. The kitchen equipment is fantastic, there was nothing missing. The beds were very comfortable and in the bathroom there was shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

Photos undersell this place. Check-in was great with Jose Manuel giving us inside tips on where to go. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and it was perfect for our family of 4 - including a 6 month old baby. Felt very safe, the playground was very appreciated by our 5 year old. The cafe FOUR was a perfect stop every morning. The Cabanyal market is just as good as the central market, but smaller and has a good sized supermarket next to it. Cabanyal has some character to it, but it’s so accessible and feels so safe, that it’s charming. The AC in the place was cold and we appreciated the washing machine. A couple notes, it doesn’t have a clothes dryer, but has a private patio with a drying rack that works and it also doesn’t have a dishwasher. We ate out 70% of the time and it wasn’t bad. Also, there is natural light, but it’s not super bright. On the whole, this place was perfect for us, even during the relatively long stay. I would gladly go back or refer a family member.

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

The apartment so good and the location is soo good just transportation was difficult to go to Valencia city but because they renew and change the bus stations The apartment is exactly like photos and equipment more than you think Even chairs and umbrella for the beach Maria is really professional.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay, the host was super helpful and kind. The apartment was clean, spacious and had lots of natural light and the balcony made a lovely place to sit and have a drink. The beach was just a few minutes walk, it was clean and not busy. A grocery store just around the corner made it super easy. There were limited restaurants and things to do in the area but only a 15-20 min drive into Valencia around €20 for an uber. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I can completely recommend this apartment. From its new build to the efforts the owners put in on the small details to ensure you walked into a perfectly presented place to spend valuable vacation time. They took time out to welcome us and were considerate and responsive when questions asked. Beach access and walkable restaurants is within easy access . I noted the neatness and care and attention taken in the arrangement of the facilities. Also the welcome bowl of fruit, water in fridge and coffee/biscuits that were left for us. For those who want to mix restaurant eating and self catering, there is a supermarket in walking distance to stock up if needed . Would be happy to return to same place when visiting Valencia again in the future

Impeccable and 100% functional apartment. Everything was very clean and the apartment is even better than in the photos. Eva was very helpful, let me check in early and responded quickly. The apartment has all the utensils and amenities available and everything was working very well. Excellent location! It would be back for sure!
