Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Xenia

My husband and I had a great weekend in Dayton amd surrounding areas. Our Airbnb was perfect! Cozy, spotless, and airy! We will definitely be back! Heather was a great host! We felt right at home! The bed was super comfy too!

Great space with everything we needed. Super clean, comfy beds and linens, and on a quiet street just a block or so from downtown. We were in town for a baseball tournament which was all around Dayton and this house was in a central location just a short drive from everywhere in the area. Downtown Tipp City is such a nice, clean, friendly place. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location for all things Dayton. Walkable neighborhood. Clean and Christopher’s directions and communications were great!

The pictures do not do this property justice. It is so charming with tons of character! It includes upgraded amenities. Location is great as well; close enough to the fun, but has private area as well. Definitely recommend and we look forward to staying again!

Cute little loft that we enjoyed for our one night stay. Very friendly and responsive and short drive to Olde Schoolhouse Winery which is why we visited the area. Thanks for sharing your Airbnb. Would recommend.

The studio was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed our visit very much. We had a slight glitch with the app and the ring entry system but could use our code to get in very easily. Jenn helped us understand how to get in with the code and so we never had an interruption with entry. We appreciated her help with us “not too savvy tech” folks. I recommend this for any length of stay. Very clean and quiet.

A very, very pretty apartment! The bed was comfortable, so was the couch, the shower was good and the kitchen was well-equipped. The hosts were very responsive - I had an urgent issue come up after 9 pm on a Saturday night. He was there in around 15 minutes and stayed till he resolved the issue.

We were in town for a wedding and when I saw this retro house close by we couldn’t pass up the chance to stay. We loved all the furnishings and being able to read the book on how the house was developed and designed. It definitely takes you back in time. The house was just as described and very clean, we would stay aging if we’re back in the area.

Omggggg this Airbnb was amazing spacious, clean, enough room for everyone and we had 6 people the kids loved the games the house had 5 bedrooms with plenty of beds. Clean house, the host was thoughtful and kind she even checked on us twice during the stay. If I stay anywhere again in Xenia or yellow springs it would be here. This house was super convenient towards all our wants and needs… did I mention the host was very thoughtful and caring . If I could give this house a 10 star I would STAY HERE IF YOU Want to feel right at come highly recommended

The place was perfect! We were in Ohio to bike the Little Miami bike trail. This place was perfect as it close to the trail. The place was clean and very comfortable. The price was very reasonable and the host was responsive and communicated well! I’d stay again and highly recommend!

Stayed for a wedding and my birthday weekend. The house was very clean, exactly like the pictures and the neighborhood was quiet. Tyrone was very pleasant to communicate with, 10/10 experience would definitely would stay again and recommend.

This was the second time we've stayed here and we'll likely be back. We love visiting! It's perfect for a quick weekend trip. The airbnb has everything you could need, it's conveniently located, perfect spot next to a park, and great for the dogs. Kristin was extremely responsive and flexible with our accommodations. We had a great time! The cottage was exceptionally well organized and the details like hardwood floors, the flowers in the garden, the new fixtures, very well appointed kitchen and the peaceful vibe made us feel very comfortable. Location was perfect—just a couple of blocks walk to Yellow Springs. Kipra was very welcoming in her communications!

Loved this condo in the heart of Cincy. The city itself was actually a (very good) surprise to me, and this apartment was part of making this the best stay! Everything is right on the doorstep, check-in was super easy, and it had everything I needed. Fab!

We loved staying here for a night out in Cincinnati. OTR area is super close and downtown is a short uber drive. The house was super clean and the bed was so comfy. Us 3 girls had so much room and really enjoyed having the deck. It was a quiet neighborhood and we walked home late from the bars and felt safe. Only thing to note is that the place is up a couple flights of stairs but we weren’t bothered by that.

This place is amazing! The apartment is new and clean. It is located next to the road but it is quiet at night. Shopping area is just less than 10 mins away. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you need. The mattress in the master bedroom is so comfortable that I actually look forward to sleep in at the end of the day. The host is very nice and responsive. He also accommodated us to check out late. Will definitely recommend this place to friends.

This is a small studio space located in the heart of OTR. Good if you plan to spend time away from the Airbnb. Would recommend planning to work from a library or cafe if you are on a work trip as the space is small. Nice kitchen and great appliances. The bathroom is relatively large given the size of the rest of the space.

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!

Awesome apartment in the heart of Over-the-Rhine. Key feature and super amazing for us, was the City Connecter, with three stations all within a block or less from the apartment. We used that tram regularly and only used our vehicle for already planned trips further away. The apartment is very cute and well furnished. It’s very quiet, even when the bar two stories below has patrons outside, and we felt completely at home while visiting. There are so many local eats a walk or tram away, it’s ridiculous. Too many to choose from. If you’re going to a Red’s game, STAY HERE, take the City Connector. It literally drops you off at the Great American Ballpark, skipping all the traffic and parking fees that come with those ventures. We do plan to go back and will stay here again!

This is a great place to stay. Mount Adams is really charming and centrally located for all things "Cincinnati".
