You are close to parks and playgrounds, Cafes and shopping, surf and swimming. Leave your car at home and walk 2 minutes to all of this. It is a perfect family area from 2 legged to the 4 legged. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). No Schoolies Bookings.

Lots of great coastal walking and bike tracks. Walk to Currimundi shops. 10 minute drive to University Hospital. It is wheelchair friendly with courtyard and verandah There is street parking directly at the front of the property, but not on the driveway as we need access to the garage.
