The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof. Until then some workemissions are possible.

The house, which was built in the 18th century, is located in the village center, right next to the pilgrimage church of Notburga on the world-famous Way of St. James. The fully renovated house offers accommodation with free WiFi. It is about 300 meters to the Swiss border. Centrally located between Waldshut, Schaffhausen and Zurich.

In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
