Our bright 3-room attic apartment is located in a rural area, but offers several shopping opportunities within a 2-5 min walk. The Swiss border is only a 5 min drive from the apartment. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms and a large living, dining and kitchen area. The apartment has its own balcony as well as a beautiful view from the skylight. Included are free parking, a washing machine and fast internet. Furthermore we offer our guests free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+!

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

The apartment is located in a picturesque location right on the banks of the Rhine. It is perfect to get away for a few days and enjoy the wonderful tranquility. Here you can relax. Forget everyday life with a coffee on the balcony, the fresh air with direct views of the Rhine. At the latest, the rippling of the river relaxes you in seconds. Or let the sound of the Rhine lull you to sleep with the bedroom windows tilted open.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.

Only a 10-minute walk from the famous Bahnhofstrasse/Paradeplatz and Lake Zurich, you will find this great penthouse with all-round terrace and far-reaching views. This in-law apartment was recently renovated and is located in our one-family house in Neerach. It has a separate entry with kitchenette, separate shower & toilette, bed with two 35" mattresses and a 40" TV. Ideally situated für holidays, business trips or also for quarantine reasons. Parking available; Pick-up is possible
