The outside area with pergola and barbecue is open for sharing. Oerlikon railway station is less than a ten-minute walk from the apartment and the exhibition hall and the "Hallenstadion" are a 15-minute walk away. Airport and city center can be reached comfortably within minutes by public transportation.

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway.
