It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. One-night bookings are available on request, subject to a 50% premium. There's no self-check-in facility, as we like to welcome our guests face-to-face.

Semi Rural. Access to our property is via a Private Road and secure gates, there is plenty of room to park. Our private suite has access via the back of the property. Here you have a patio to enjoy stunning views over the countryside. This idyllic setting is perfect for couples or those on business. Situated in the South Hams close to the Ocean City of Plymouth and on the edge of Dartmoor an area of outstanding Natural beauty. Note; Transport is essential we are not on a local bus route.

Annex space above our garage. Own private separate entrance. We are 3.9 miles from the city centre, a 10 minute drive. Short walk to bus stop at the end of our street. Within walking distance, the perfect location for staff patients & visitors going to Derriford Hospital & The Peninsula Centre. Marjons is also a short drive & Plymouth Argyle too. We are a 5 minute drive from Manadon A38. Parkway.
