Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Woolacombe

My family and I had a wonderful stay for a wedding last weekend. The house is great place to relax and just a short walk from the beach. The garden is really secure for dogs and has a side gate with a hose to wash off the sand after fun at the beach. Nic and Rick sent loads of really helpful information before our stay and were flexible with timings for check in and out. They are so friendly, are very responsive to any questions and left some lovely personal touches for our arrival (scones and jam, eggs, bread and milk!). Thank you for a great stay. We had a lovely time and hope to be back soon!!

We booked this for a special birthday for 3 generations of the family The house was beyond our expectations! So well equipped and very clean The views were absolutely amazing Our 3 grandsons loved it and especially the visit to feed the animals and were very excited to collect the eggs Samantha was a fabulous host and we would fully recommend her house and we would love to return again

We had lovely stay ! Beautiful, comfortable home in a picturesque setting. Very well equipped, had everything we needed. Venetia was very welcoming and helpful. Incredible value. Would visit again in an instant!

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Clean, great views, peaceful setting and a perfect base for walking the south west coast path. Ken and Laura were excellent hosts and gave us lots of local information. We hope to return again soon. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect, we stayed here in May 2025 for 3 nights before our wedding with our 4 year old and 2 year old and our only regret is that we didn’t book for longer! Pollyanna offered us an early check in as soon as it was ready and greeted us upon arrival. She sent lots of recommendations when we booked which was very helpful too. It’s completely private, perfect location, situated on a farm in the country side, lots of wildlife to look out for whilst relaxing in the garden having a bbq or using the hot tub. It’s safe and secure for young children to play and there is a beautiful private lake just through the gate with a boat, paddle boards and a summer house with a ping pong table. It’s very nicely furnished inside, well equipped, easy parking, bathrooms and showers are great and we found the beds very comfortable. It was a pleasure to meet both Ian and Pollyanna who wished us well on our wedding day. We hope to come back again someday soon!

If I had an issue or question the phone numbers provided were very responsive. Lovely house. Big and spacious. Great views from ours. Nice warm temperature inside. The hot tub might not be hot on the first day of book in though.

Sarah and Bee are super friendly and welcoming. Our lodge was perfectly set up and so much fun. We had a brilliant weekend celebrating my husband's birthday. The kids loved the rowing boat on the lake. Beautiful location, great set up and wonderful hosts. We hope to be back again before too long.

We spent the half term break at Little Burston with our two young children, we had a wonderful time. The accommodation was everything we hoped from the previous brilliant reviews and more. A clean, bright and large space. Well equipped with everything you could want (games, DVD’s, kitchen utensils). A tranquil and peaceful setting not far away from Dulverton and within striking distance of lots of activities. The hot tub kept the adults happy and the kids loved the garden, trampoline and games of football. Carol was a great host, instructions left at the property were clear and easy. Walking recommendations all great. Goats and chickens out of the kitchen window was a highlight for the kids. Up there with the best Airbnb’s we’ve been to in the UK. We would not hesitate to return, if visiting North Devon again and couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

We loved our trip to Goodleigh. The farm was beautiful, the stables were beautiful - the hot tub was a real treat. The kids loved the rope swing and we played many of the games. The place was just beautiful, the decor, location and comfy beds were perfect for our week away. We visited some lovely beaches (30 min drive tops), Combe Martin and Lynton/ Lynmouth were favourites of ours. We visited a recommended pub - The Black Venus Inn was amazing, food was great. A perfect week and would 100% recommend.

Epic views and surroundings at The North Hill Cottages. The friendly host family has an amazing spot the perfectly situated property lifts you high above the world to a place of tranquil peace and beauty. The cottage was perfect for us and the property offered as much or as little as we wanted to do. The hosts were responsive and available, the other guests were respectable and friendly as well. Highly recommended!

We had an idyllic stay at the lovely Orchard Caravan at Beara Farm. I can’t stop telling everyone about it! The caravan was perfect for me, my son and our puppy, the views were incredible and we slept so well. There were welcome biscuits, milk, apple juice from the orchard! We enjoyed 2 afternoons using the brilliant heated outdoor pool, and had some lovely dog walks right from the door. Dawn was so helpful, friendly and welcoming and the little honesty farm shop meant we could pick up some essentials fresh from the farm. The games room was great on our last morning and we are already planning to come back with family. Thanks so much Dawn and team!

We really enjoyed our stay at No9 putsborough, Kathryn was so helpful, communication was excellent. The apartment was out of this world, never stayed somewhere where the owner had thought about all the little touches. The welcome hamper was such a lovely touch after our 5 hour drive down. Our doggy Reggie loved how close we were to the beach, he really enjoyed the outdoor warm shower. People around woolacombe are so friendly, we will definitely be back next year. Spent a lovely week in Woolacombe Bay. The apartment was exactly as described and the super king bed was very comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning with a beautiful beach just across the road. Super contact with Julia, can’t fault anything.

The nook was a lovely, quiet, peaceful place to stay. Lovely outlook. We found it slightly out of the way but in easy reach of all we wanted we will be using the nook again for sure

A fabulous few days away in Park Cottage with friends. Really lovely cottage with very comfortable beds (and feather pillows which was a bonus for us) Perfect location and massively recommend Miss Fea’s for dinner. Would love to come back again. Matt, Linda, Jill and Andrew

Where to start? We were already holidaying in the area at another property for a week, when we decided to extend our stay. We found Stepping Stones , which had become available due to a cancellation. How lucky were we? The accommodation was spacious, clean, well equipped & the views from the sitting room are stunning. The hosts were very approachable & patient, particularly when we encountered an initial problem, which was swiftly resolved. No negatives from us. Hopefully we will be lucky enough to secure a stay at Stepping Stones in the future.

Absolutely fantastic little gem! Had our first holiday with the dog and we loved it! Enough space for the 3 of us for 2 days, the garden was stunning to explore & it was secluded and quiet! Was lovely to meet Mike’s dog & the cows next door came to say hello also. Wonderful little touches such as the chocolate on pillows, the ham, cheese, jam, milk & orange juice alongside the pasties just shows you don’t need to bring your own! Well thought out and such a relaxing weekend away! Defo would visit again!

For more than 25 years, we've been visiting this area of North Devon, often passing through this charming hamlet on our way to the beach without ever pausing—until now. This place is simply idyllic, perfectly situated for beach days and wonderful walks along the coastal path. With the beach just 5 minutes away, it's ideal for leisurely strolls by the shore. The Barn has everything one could wish for—a true home away from home. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the modern bathrooms are a delight. We'll certainly be back. The house is absolute fantastic and the view is truly spectacular. Everything you need is there and all to a high spec. It is a little tricky to get to, but it is well worth it for the view. Footpath down from holiday park easier than road and nicer view. Hopefully surrounding houses will also be renovated to this standard.

What a beautiful spot. Perfectly located between Woolacombe and Croyde. Secluded enough for privacy and some amazing views, however close enough to everywhere by car and some local spots you can walk too. Views and wildlife were amazing. Can’t fault the place itself, had everything we needed. Check in was easy and welcome treats were a fab addition. Met Sharon on a dog walk and she was very accommodating. No problems at all. Lovely Half Term Break away.
