Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Wongarra

Was a beautiful stay, amazing views, quiet and beautiful fire place that warmed the cottage. Kitchen was well equipped and there were extra blankets incase we needed! Definitely would stay here again :)

Had a great 2 nights here! Very spacious and comfortable. The fireplace was cosy and having heating in each bedroom was perfect. Hosts were very responsive to any questions I had. Definitely recommend this place if you’re staying in Lorne.

We had a great 2 night stay, it was perfect for 4 couples. We very much enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying the views, being joined by a kookaburra and a cockatoo as well. Having 3 bathrooms was a bonus for getting ready for a wedding as we did, and sitting by the fire was a great way to end our days.

If you're looking for a tranquil escape, Coral Fern Retreat is it! The home is immaculately presented, and Barbara and Greg couldn't have been better hosts – their detailed instructions were so helpful. I can't recommend it enough and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Simon and Mella’s home was absolutely perfect for our family wedding weekend. The house was ideal for three families and our grandchildren loved the games and trampoline. The house well equipped and had everything (and more) than we could have asked for. The views were magnificent and the surrounds were so very peaceful. Time in the hammock and looking out to the ocean is a must if you stay at 180 Vista! Simon and Mella responded immediately to any questions l had and were extremely accommodating with check in times. I had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb – everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing (if not even better in person!). The attention to detail was impressive – from the cozy furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful little touches that made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best sleep during my stay. The bathroom was clean and modern, with great water pressure and all the amenities I needed. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important for me since I needed to do some work during my trip. The location was also perfect – quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. Paul has a beautiful place in a walkable distance to local restaurants and a stunning beach. The house was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay including fully equipped kitchen. We loved our stay and appreciated Paul's clear instructions for a smooth check-in process.

This accommodating part of Seafarers Getaway Resort. Check in was 3 pm on the dot. Accommodation was clean, has a small kitchen to cook should you wish and nice views of the beach. We were in apartment 9 out of 12 in the block. The apartments are side by side but private. The patio is side by side however separated by a wall. About 5 to 6 minutes drive to Apollo Bay town with plenty of food options.

Fabulous place! We had an amazing time and it's probably the best-equipped Airbnb we've ever stayed at. The attention to detail is impressive, with everything thoughtfully provided, from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked kitchen. The host truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The location was perfect too—close to town and beach but still peaceful and private. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back

Susan’s apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our getaway. It was the perfect location, close to the shops and restaurants but off the main strip so it is not noisy. Susan was very responsive, provided lots of information and even checked in with us as soon as the power went out (for a few seconds). The early check in and late check out were a bonus!

We had a great time at the Portarlington National Celtic festival over the June long weekend. To top this off our very comfortable accommodation was a highlight. The Hosts have put so much effort to make their place a home away from home and it shows with every thoughtful detail . Certainly would recommend to anyone wanting to stay and also explore the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. Hopefully we can return for another luxury escape !! Rgds Margaret & Bob

House was spectacular although the distance to the beach wasn’t as close as I assumed from the ad. However the house was amazing and very luxurious and comfortable! Loved it!!!

Complete luxury. From comfy beds to sparkling bathrooms this place has it all. We will make this our favourite weekend away.

This was our second time here and we loved it just as much as the first. It's just great for pets: the enclosed yard is spacious so you can just let the doggo go outside and wander without worrying. The broader grounds are lovely. You feel like you are out in the country but if you forgot something, the Torquay shops are just a 10 min drive away. The animals, trampoline, pool, and ping pong are all great for the whole family. Terry is just lovely to chat with and very helpful if you need anything. Finally, check out the Great Ocean Road nursery and café just two doors down — delicious food and coffee and a very pleasant spot.

I had a lovely stay at Boonaview at The Victoria. The place was just as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Ruth was a wonderful host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. I really appreciated her clear communication and warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely amazing, was only 5 minutes from Apollo Bay, and a tonne of great restaurants, the accommodation was very clean, very secluded, there was a bottle of champage and chocolates upon arrival. The spa with the view absolutely incredible! Everything was thought of. Comfortable bed and loved the gas fireplace so didn't have to cart wood in! I would absolutely recommend this experience and we will be back. Thank you for an amazing stay :)

A hidden gem just outside Lorne where the only drama is deciding whether to have your wine in the hot tub or by the fire. Spoiler: we did both. Peaceful, cozy, and the perfect spot to live your best relaxed life.

The perfect holiday home. The house itself was beautiful, with spectacular furniture. The rooftop, the heated pool, and so much more, I could go on! Ria was an amazing host, providing excellent communication throughout the stay.

Genuinely wonderful! Go beachfront if you can - it is worth it. Views incredible, villa is perfect, location is out of this world. Will definitely be back.
