We loved our stay. Such a great space both inside and outside. The inquisitive cat and roaming chickens all added to the experience. The area is so peaceful and the bed stood out as being very comfortable. Ekkehard was friendly, kind and very good with our daughter. It was all the small touches. We would definitely recommend and come back here.

Wir waren schon 2022 dort. Es hat uns so gut gefallen dass wir jetzt nochmals dort gebucht haben. Die kleine Wohnung ist ruhig, hell, sogar mit Balkon. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Carolina und Alois sind sehr freundliche Menschen und sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, der gesamte Ablauf hat makellos funktioniert. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, das Highlight ist aber die Aussicht, die Fasssauna und der Hot Tube mit Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Loved this location! Peaceful, quiet, small town country feel, yet very close to all the amenities of Graz! Josef greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house and surroundings. He was very friendly and spoke English well. Our first impression was the stunning yard, with beautiful trees, garden and so many flowers, thanks to Marianne’s passion! We enjoyed both outdoor decks which was nice to choose, depending on the weather. One has a roof. The house was well equipped and had comfortable furniture. The gift of a litre of apple juice from their orchard was delicious! We also appreciated the garage parking. All in all it was a Wonderful stay, and we would love to return!

Amazing clean spacious modern house next to some vineyards in open clean wild but well kept garden on top of a hill overlooking the sudsteiermark hills.. if you want a base to explore the regio and have some peace and quiet, dont look further. Brigita made sure to accomodate every question or requirement

Ein traumhafter Rückzugsort inmitten der Natur! Das Chalet ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und strahlt eine wunderbar gemütliche Atmosphäre aus – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Sauna mit dem traumhaften Ausblick ist der perfekte Ort zur Erholung und war unser Highlight. Sehr empfehlen können wir die regionalen Kärntner Nudeln, die man direkt bei Teresa bestellen kann. Die geräucherte Forelle ist übrigens genauso lecker! Trotz Regenwetter konnten wir wunderbar entschleunigen, oder gerade auch deswegen. Der Ausblick auf die nebelverhangenen Berge war atemberaubend. Teresa ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin – wir kommen definitiv wieder! ❤️

Nika and Luka were absolutely amazing. Their place was impecable and it was in the perfect location. They also added personal touches to the apartment that made it feel like home. Communication was excellent and I appreciated all her recommendations, especially the one about renting a car. Thank you so much!

Wir waren über Ostern in Leoben und hatten Glück dieses Apartment noch gefunden zu haben! Mit dem Auto ist die Anfahrt von der Autobahn aus sehr einfach, der Parkplatz am Haus natürlich auch ideal. Horst hat uns bereits einige Tage vor Anreise proaktiv eine sehr detaillierte Anleitung für den flexiblen Check-In geschickt, womit auch das sehr schnell erledigt war. Die Wohnung selbst ist makellos sauber und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top, wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Amazing place to stay! Private and peaceful, amazing views and beautiful property. Had everything we needed and we felt right at home, would love to go back again in the summer

The place was truthful to description, clean and well-prepared. The kitchen has needed tools and was very useful, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. The place is a good base for many mountain trips to Triglav. The communication with the host was very easy, as well as check-in/check-out. Highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tom's beautiful, light-filled apartment! The kitchen is well-equipped, and the apartment has everything you will need for your stay. The location was perfect for me--not too far from the train station and close to the historic city center. I also used trams and buses to reach destinations further out. I can't imagine there's a better place to stay in Graz and would happily return!

L'appartement de Robert est un duplex très calme au dernier étage a une station de tramway (gratuit) du centre historique, il permet donc de visiter facilement la ville et de s'y reposer ensuite. Il ressemble aux photos et à la description et Robert fera tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable ... j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir ...

Beautiful apartment, great location. Everything within walking distance. This apartment had everything we needed, Jana is there on hand for any questions. I couldn't recommend this apartment enough, loved it!

Wir sind jedes Jahr in dieser Gegend unterwegs und waren nun zum zweiten Mal bei Franz zu Gast. Für Ruhesuchende Naturliebhaber ist die Gegend ein absoluter Traum. Während unseres Aufenthalts erkundeten wir den Wilden Berg in Mautern, besuchten den Schaibelsee in Hohentauern, wanderten auf die Schwarzbeeralm und schwammen durch den wunderschönen Badesee im Ort. Für jeden ist was dabei! Franz ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und die Ferienwohnung war wieder super sauber und hat wirklich alles was man braucht.

Jaka and Taja made my stay in Ljubljana wonderful- the apartment was just lovely and had a beautiful ambience to it. It was also situated next to the lake and Ljbuljana's castle, making sightseeing easy and very walkable. Aside from that, Jaka and Taja were very helpful hosts and were always quick to respond to any queries I had. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Tolle Unterkunft mit super freundlicher Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist mit dem Bus, der im 10 Minuten takt fährt, super zu erreichen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und Friederike steht immer für Tipps und Hilfe Bereit. Wir haben dort eine tolle Woche verbracht und können sie auch uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Friederike und Gerhart für Alles :)

We stayed at the villa with our one-year-old baby and absolutely loved everything: Slovenia, Lake Bled, and of course the villa itself. It’s a peaceful and quiet place, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The lake is just a pleasant 10-12 minute walk away through a charming neighborhood of cottages. We didn’t use the sauna as it was quite hot during our stay, but the jacuzzi in the evening after long walks was pure bliss. The villa had everything we needed for our baby: a high chair, a crib, and even a couple of toys. Miha is a fantastic host. He provided very detailed instructions about the villa, as well as incredibly helpful tips about local attractions, shops, and restaurants. I can wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful place for a perfect getaway!

Been here many times over the years and still a great place. Comfortable. Super location. Peaceful non-through street. Stays fairly cool even in summer. Harald is very responsive and helpful and has stocked the apartment with just about everything one would possibly need for a short stay. Added bonus for those of us who enjoy shopping local markets and preparing meals - a nice selection of decent and sharp knives :)
