Our Landshütt is situated at 1,550 metres directly next to a ski area, hiking and cycling trails. In the centre of a hut village on Klippitztörl. On 3 floors there are 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, 3 bathrooms and a large living/dining/cooking area. There is a variable games table (billiards and table tennis) in the party cellar, including a bar. In the large children's room there are many game options available. Smart TV incl WLAN per floor and a spacious sauna. Carport and storage room outside.

The chalet, built in 2018, is located on a sunny slope in the top row in the Almdorf with the best panoramic view, 1,300 meters above sea level and just a "stone's throw" from the ski lift (about 300 m) and the visible ski slope. Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten.
