The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, and there is a bakery near the lifts. A cozy vacation home a little off the beaten track of our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100 m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

WITH HEART AND SOUL. The Webertonihütte is a detached alpine hut at 1320 m above sea level, which stands with a lot of love for detail at the foot of the Lavanttaler Saualpe, near the Klippitztörl. So nature lovers, sports enthusiasts or families can take undisturbed relaxing vacations and are completely among themselves. You can leave the stress of everyday life behind and simply relax to the sound of the ringing cowbells or the rippling spring water of the fountain.

It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Time out in Pustritz

In my house, where people who live here and guests meet, there is an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.

Lots of land and meadow and a nice place to feel good Nestled in a quiet location of 1600m2 is the new cottage. In the immediate vicinity is a bike path, a running track, a bike path, the mountains and much more. There is a stadium pool nearby for swimming and in winter the Koralpe ski resort is only 15 min away. Shopping is also nearby. There is the possibility to set up a folding bed for 1 child.

Great hiking opportunities, dogs welcome

Ideally suited for nature lovers and athletes. The forest and mountains can be explored directly from the property. The beautiful Packer reservoir is only 5 minutes away by car. Free Wi-Fi and parking space available. Dogs are welcome in our apartment. An additional final cleaning fee of €25 will be charged.
