We generate more electricity per year through our PV solar system than we actually consume for heating and cooling. We heat our domestic water via an air/air heat pump. The heating and cooling of our house and apartment is done via an inverter heat pump air conditioning system. The environmental concept is in the foreground.

If you are traveling by bike, you can safely store it in our yard. Access to your space is self-sufficient.

Our time in Vera's little loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. Vera's warm nature made us feel right at home. The accommodation is super clean and designed with creativity, love and craftsmanship visible in all corners. It is really very cozy and because of the lots of upcycling and the beautiful location exceptional and close to the nature. Despite the rain, we sat in the covered outdoor area for a long time and watched the cats and ducks and listened to the crackling rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Through Vera's good description and reliable accessibility, you will find the hidden cottage very well. We will be happy to come back ☀️ Best regards from Cristian and Venice

This city and this neighborhood are gorgeous as far as I am concerned as a tourist. My landlords have kept a cozy and nicely updated unit, and the backyard is lush green full of fruit trees and flowers. A friendly cat seems to be always there to give you a warm and loving welcome, regardless of who you are. Access to a bus line is within 2 minutes walking, and if you like me love outdoors, there are many walking paths north of this location. I enjoyed my stay tremendously and will definitely come back if I am lucky enough to be able to visit this city one more time. Grocery stores and upscale restaurants are located nearby, and the nice weather of this city allowed me to walk to them. Christian, I sincerely thank you for your hospitality.

Tiny house with everything you need. Especially the kitchen utensils were great (new and high quality). The washing machine (with integrated dryer) was great. For more than a few days, the house would be too small and not private enough for us. The location of the terrace on the (after all very quiet) street, without greenery and vis a vis with the landlords was not so attractive. Under the roof, it can get very warm in the summer.

As the last few times, I had a really nice time at Birgit's. The apartment was very conveniently located for my training and beautifully quiet in a rear building with great amenities and very well maintained and lovingly decorated. Birgit was a very likeable, friendly host who was always concerned about my well-being and was easily accessible. If I have another training in Wanne-Eickel, I will be happy to come back. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gorden's apartment. The house is lovely, very modern and comfortable. We loved the garden and the neighborhood so much. There is a beautiful lake near by which was perfect for longer walks. Gorden was super friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more memorable! Will definitely go back and recommend to others!
