The nearest supermarket is in the neighboring village - everything you need to live can be found in the health resort of Laboe. In Stein, you can relax and enjoy.

From here you can explore the Holstein Baltic Sea very well. Our family consists of me, my wife and our two sons (8 years and 5 years) as well as our dog.

Heidrun is a very nice, friendly person who informed us very well about everything important when handing over the keys in Kiel! The apartment in Marina Wendtorf is highly recommended! On the 8th floor of the house, you have a magnificent view of the marina with countless ships! It is lovingly, maritime furnished and we immediately felt comfortable! In the "very early" morning you can watch the sunrise from there, a wonderful experience! Friends of ours are in the harbor with their ship and we will be happy to come back!

Our stay at Britta's was very nice. We felt very welcome. The apartment is extremely tastefully designed. The bright, modern bathroom is very pleasant. Likewise, the comfortable beds and bedding. Britta is an excellent host: very nice, accommodating and yet very discreet. An absolute recommendation for Kiel visitors who are not afraid of the six kilometers to the center and are looking for a quiet place. We'll be back.

Great place with an awesome location. Our children immediately fell in love with the upper floor. You have cozy reading corners here and there and the view of the sea is priceless. Really great for families is the playground right outside the door. The beach is also perfect: shallow water to play and look for shells with small "sand islands" where you can linger. A paradise for the little non-swimmers! Important to mention: in the evening it is wonderfully quiet... no parties on the beach or loud restaurants. You can go for a great walk and relax. The hostess was very friendly and very eager to make our vacation as carefree as possible. We had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back!

We had a very relaxing week in Elke's place. The apartment looks like in the photos, especially beautiful is the loggia overlooking the harbor. From there you can take nice walks on the water or take the ferry to Kiel. The communication with Elke was friendly and straightforward.

Everything is at the door, Rewe, bank, etc. The beach or harbor is also nearby. We were not good on foot (with a toddler and grandma), so we drove to the beach by car. It was too far for us from the apartment. The beach is great, as is the playground on the promenade. The people are very nice.

Dear Bauer family, we felt very comfortable with you. Thank you for the beautiful accommodation and your kindness. You have a beautiful spot here... Our conclusion: highly recommended, especially with children, with the animals and the large garden with play facilities, quiet location, spacious apartment that is well equipped. The natural beach (rather rocky) is about 1.5 km away. Very nice for collecting or a walk. Sandy beach is also nearby (by car). We'd come back any time.

We enjoyed it very much. The house is very nice and we lacked nothing. Fiona was quick to respond to any questions and was accommodating. The path to the beach ( a beautiful lagoon), the children felt a little long at 10-15 minutes and would have liked to have a scooter or bike with them. But were only there for 2 nights, otherwise we would probably have borrowed bicycles for the beautiful area.
