This is a calm, cottagecore oasis situated in the Hyde Park neighborhood, a five minute walk from Shipe Park and pool, Quack’s Bakery, Julio’s Tex Max, Hyde Park Grill, Juiceland and Antonelli’s Cheese Shop. If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

A two person studio space in Windsor Park Neighborhood - Private, tiny home, close to HEB and Dell Hospital. Modern furnishings, very clean, natural light, decorated with local fine art. A friendly, tree-lined neighborhood, east of I-35, 4.5 mi from downtown. The space is 230 sq ft with a kitchenette and a queen size bed. We live in the main house on the property. Our guests stay here for work and family nearby. They take ride shares to Austin events downtown like ACL & SXSW and to COTA.

Private side entrance with keyless lock. Microwave, full size fridge and coffee maker. This is a ZERO tolerance drugs property. Pets are not allowed either.
