Dip into the shared pool, following up with a BBQ lunch. Back inside, reverse cycle heating and cooling ensures comfort at all times. A widescreen TV and Foxtel offers entertainment, with French flax linen and luxe organic products for pampering. A light continental breakfast is also supplied. As the kitchenette isn’t equiped with a stove we can supply a portable hot plate for guests that are having a longer stay and may wish to cook light meals. The space has a well appointed kitchenette with bar fridge, toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. A light continental breakfast is supplied as well as laundry facilities, undercover parking as well as plenty of street parking. Guests have access to outdoor alfresco area with BBQ as well as the swimming pool. (Please note the kitchenette doesn’t have cooking facilities apart from what’s listed above). The loft is separate to the main house but we will always be available to answer any questions you may have. Explore an abundance of cafes, wine bars, and boutiques, all close to this quiet eastern neighbourhood. Adelaide CBD, Magill Road, and Norwood Parade are also nearby, while a short drive reaches the wineries and restaurants of the Adelaide Hills. Situated only 4 kilometres to the CBD you are close to all city events such as the Adelaide Fringe, Womad and Adelaide 500. The loft is a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you directly in to the CBD. You can walk to Magill Road and Norwood Parade within 10 minutes or if you're feeling energetic the CBD east end is approximately a 40 minute walk.

Our studio apartment is within walking distance to the Black Hill Conservation Park (which has stunning views as in photos), and public transport to the city centre. We live on a quiet no-through street with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and amenities within a few minutes' drive away. The Studio Apartment is completely detached from our home ensuring your privacy and includes a kitchenette (microwave cooking only) and en-suite. Please note that while we do allow dogs, cats are not welcome.

This address is close to the OBahn interchange for easy city access. Quiet no through road for easy parking. Close to popular shopping/ cafe districts and Linear Park and playground . We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The house matched the description perfectly and had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient visit. It was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Communication from Tonia was excellent—clear and proactive. Before we even arrived, she let us know that a heater had been placed in one of the bedrooms because the weather was a bit cold. That kind of attention to detail really stood out and made us feel well looked after. There were also some fruits for the kids, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Everything was easy to find, and the small touches—like providing toothpaste, toothbrushes, shaving kits, and other essentials—were much appreciated. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Highlight of this place is cleanliness. They go above and beyond to keep the place spick and span. Also, they provide a private bathroom which is a steal at the price. Ash and Reethu are super friendly. The area is quiet and peaceful with a very short drive to CBD. We had a very restful stay here.
