Welcome to Loveland, a community nestled in the foothills and a gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. Our downstairs suite is 600 sq. ft. in our private home. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a large, private full bath. The Living Room features a fireplace, sofa, sitting chairs,TV, table, and an additional queen size bed. The suite includes a mini kitchen for cooking simple meals and snacks. We live on the main level and will be available if needed.

This sweet little house has all the charm you'd expect from Loveland, the Sweetheart City. The Sanctuary is furnished with antiques and retro items from years gone by, with a nod toward the clean lines of Mid-Century Modern styling. Silky soft organic bamboo linens ensure that the bedroom is truly an oasis. However, walk (or bike!) a couple blocks and you'll find bars, restaurants and shops.
