Monthly Rentals in Wilmington

Great little studio apartment attached to Emily’s house, very peaceful yet walkable to downtown Wilmington!!! Easy to get to the Hoot and Toot trail, and about a mile from the boat launch/picnic grove at the lake!! Absolutely would recommend and stay again!!

We had a great weekend here! The listing was accurate and the place was cozy and quiet. Just what is needed after a long day at the mountain. Shawn was super helpful and very nice! I highly recommend Shawn and this location.

It was such an easy check in and check out process. He let us check in an hour early since we arrived earlier. Place is spacious and exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Jennifer was very responsive when I had a few minor questions. Her place was very clean and neat. We were very happy with our room. The Airbnb is under going renovations but we never heard any noise..It will be a great place to stay in the near future. Will be back soon. Thank you Jennifer and it was nice meeting your mom.
