We loved our stay. The place was very clean and exactly as described. If ever need a stay again would definitely stay there. Great place!!

This was the perfect place for our two families to stay with the destination of The ARK Encounter/Creation Museum. It was very peaceful, beautiful view of the lake, amazing front porch to relax on. Would highly recommend this home to stay in. Rachael was extremely timely and helpful. Excellent customer service!

My husband and I had a lovely time at Sunny Hill Cottage. It was off the beaten path and the deck is a great place to relax! I would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, and I would stay here again. It was clean, and the appliances were all very nice. I would point out that the driveway is very steep, and a few of the steps are steep as well. Be mindful of that if you are traveling with anyone with mobility issues. It is a good a value, and I would stay here again if ever in Lexington.

Logan went above and beyond when the Kentucky river began overflowing near the house. He quickly coordinated another location so we would remain safe and made sure the unexpected change was as easy as possible. The entire stay exceeded expectations.

Had An amazing stay for one night! Me and a couple friends did girls night here and is was perfect and quaint! Not too big not too small perfect room! The host was super friendly and really made us feel welcome. Will 100% plan a trip here again!

Bathroom is a tight squeeze but the bed was very comfy and clean, the location was perfect, and the hosts sent us an extensive list of so many restaurants/bars/experiences. Everything we tried on their list was fantastic!

We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and this is by far one of our favorites. The entire house and property are absolutely gorgeous. The rolling hills and pastoral views are incredible. This is one of those houses that you will definitely want to stay at again. Wish we could have stayed longer!!! Jon Seitz

Great place in an awesome location!

We had a great time at Justin’s place! The historic home was unique and charming and plenty spacious for our large group. There were many options for entertainment, including the hot tub, playroom with toys, beautiful piano, and great game selection. Having two kitchens was fantastic! They were well stocked and made preparing multiple meals much easier. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and we loved being 5 minutes from the Ark! The home and amenities were as described in the listing and Justin was a responsive and friendly host.

Was amazing stay, would highly recommend to anyone, especially a group that is looking for a lot to do while at the house. We did take a day trip on Saturday, we spent a lot of time Friday and Saturday evenings enjoying the space.

We had a great time. The view and grounds were incredible. We stayed outside on the porch for most of the time we were there and enjoyed the fire pit. We were also provided natural tic spray and soaps which was a great bonus! We would definitely stay again 😁

Recently retired and decided to take a long road trip. This ended up being one of the stops to see the creation museum and Noah’s ark. Museum within 15 minutes and the ark around 45 minutes. The area was beautiful and peaceful. While the unit did not have washer and dryer, the local laundromat was just around the corner. Anna was super responsive and answered all our questions within 15 minutes. Will defiantly stay there on the way back. 😊

My family stayed here a week and we enjoyed every minute. We were three generations, from tweens to grandparents. There is something for everyone. The common areas are large enough to accommodate large groups. Everyone enjoyed jumping off the dock and kayaks. It's a beautiful lake! The hosts were very responsive.

Not only was the place amazing, but so were the hosts! It was so peaceful, felt very safe, and was so close to plenty of things. The place was so clean and it came fully stocked for our family of 4. This place was great and I would definitely stay here again!

The Dibble treehouse is an experience! We stayed for our anniversary and truly enjoyed every second spent there. The scenery is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The treehouse was amazing, every detail well-thought-out and something I’ve only imagined. It was spacious enough for a family and cozy enough for just us two. the place was located in a country setting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. it was a small but very spacious place. everything was very clean and free of clutter with lots of space for our belongings. the view was gorgeous in the evenings when the sun went down we enjoyed watching the sunsets. the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was a perfect little spot to cook. we would definitely recommend this stay!
