The Red Suite is very quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette perfect for what we needed (breakfasts). The outdoor space was really nice, sunset views and a lot of birds singing. We didn't use the pool, but if it were hotter it would be very inviting. It was a perfect hangout for us visiting family in Franklin!

Laura was an amazing host! The property was the cleanest and best smelling Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The linens were so fresh and everything was sooo clean! Laura was very friendly and had plenty of local recommendations for things to do in the area. The pool was beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool table as well. And little Poppy!! Such a cutie. If we are back in the area again I would for sure book Laura’s place. Thank you for everything!

Jill was certainly an exceptional host in every way. Her friendly, caring personality was so easy to appreciate and made my stay enjoyable and relaxing. The peaceful natural surroundings by the pool were precisely what I was looking for to get away. The suite was impeccably clean and comfortable and provided everything needed, including coffee and snacks. The location within the beautiful local towns allowed dining, shopping, and sightseeing easily accessible. I love Tennessee, Franklin, Cool Springs, and now a new retreat to love.

Mark is an excellent host. The cottage is tastefully decorated and very clean. The bed is super restful. The surroundings has lots of trees, a huge yard and even some chickens for fresh eggs! I enjoyed the peaceful and comfortable atmosphere which Mark provides in all three of his cottages. Thank you Mark for a wonderful three days.

This place was beautiful and clean! We had a short stay due to unforeseen circumstances on our end but we will be back to stay again!

I live in Nashville and just needed a one night staycation in town. I’m saving this place to come back to, it was so wonderful and just what I needed to feel like I got away but didn’t have to drive far. Very accommodating and nice! Will hopefully stay again sometime in the future!

This place was a really great stay for a quick weekend to Nashville. Just south of the city, but really close if you wanted to go into downtown, or go even further south in into Franklin it’s about dead center between the two. The house was a lot larger than the photos depict which was a very pleasant surprise. And has everything you need as long as you’re not planning to do full cooked meals at the house. There’s also a really nice fenced space in the back for any furry friends that come along. Ana and Lisa were incredibly responsive and made the whole stay so welcoming. The only call out to be aware of, not an issue, but just a heads up, if the upstairs unit is occupied, you can hear quite a lot, so if you have a noise sensitive dog or are a light sleeper I recommend bringing a white noise machine or earplugs. Other than that, highly recommend this space and will absolutely book again in the future

We loved our time at this Airbnb. The place was very clean and well maintained. It was great having the host meet us upon arrival and show us around the house. The surroundings were beautiful and the pool was clean. I would definitely recommend this place.

The place was great, very clean. Easy to get inside once you make sure you’re at the right location! The hosts were very responsive and answered all my questions! Felt safe and it was in a great neighborhood!

Had a fantastic stay! Our host went well above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. A member of our group had a bad back and wasn’t comfortable on the mattress, I reached out and William went out the same day to get a topper which helped tremendously. He truly made us feel that it was no bother and went above and beyond what I expected. I absolutely will be staying again.

A great location for all the things in downtown Franklin! We walked to the Factory and into town multiple times. The apartment itself is like a little cottage, very comfortable and clean with all needed amenities. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home & property!! Very relaxing atmosphere. Stayed one week~ the Iocation was great! Close to everything, in a peaceful country setting. Luciana was SO accommodating, very kind, & fast to reply. I inquired for a last min (like 2 hours) stay, and Luciana had gotten everything ready for me!! Would definitely stay here again!
