Awesome place to stay, Del is a great host!

Jerry's place was very easy to find, and in a great location for my business trip. The studio apartment was immaculate (excellent job by his cleaner!) and well supplied with all the conveniences and appliances needed- the photo I saw didn't show a microwave, but I was happy to find one there. The shower? Bliss. Great pressure and ultra-modern style. Other reviewers have mentioned the street noise, but I've lived in a city before and had no problem falling asleep. Two fans and an air conditioner kept the place at a comfortable temperature. For me, as a mobility-challenged person, the apartment wasn't as good a fit as hoped. The stairs to the second floor are moderately steep with a turn at the top, and the mattress is lower than usual making it difficult for me to get up from the bed. If you have physical issues that way, just be aware of this and make your own determination. Also, one tenant has a cat, and if you have an allergy to them, you'll want to know that.

Large, well-provisioned kitchen with fruit and other snacks. You can easily cook a complete meal here. Full-sized washer and dryer. Large space, comfortable furniture, very clean. Easy to find and check-in. Beautiful, peaceful and quiet setting. The windows were open when we arrived and we delighted in the breeze. They install window A/Cs as needed. We found the internet (WiFi) to be intermittent at times. That said, we definitely recommend Candice’s Airbnb and hope to be back someday.

This air bnb was perfect for our family of 3. It was immaculate and well cared for! Our daughter (2) loved the large open space/floor plan and the many children’s games they had to offer! The bottled water and well stocked bathroom was great after a day of hiking at Letchworth State Park. The morning we left there was a flash flood emergency but luckily Bonnie’s cafe was only 2 doors down so we were able to enjoy breakfast without getting soaked while we waited for the rain to settle down. It was a great visit, definitely recommend!
