We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

Just like the photos - great place to stay! Super close to town. Easy walk into town, uphill on the way back but very easy to call an uber. The hot tub was great and secluded in the woods. We had a great time!

Our weekend ski trip to Dillon was made perfect by this fantastic house! The location was ideal – just a short drive to Keystone and Breckenridge, and we loved being able to pop into Dillon for groceries and dinner. The house itself was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room for our group. The living area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. We especially appreciated the fireplace and the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

Great spot for a large family! There were lots of fun games in the basement including a pool table, ping-pong, board games and more. My family had an absolutely wonderful time. I would highly recommend the spot! The house was close to lots of great hiking and scenic views! The house was well furnished in the kitchen had everything we needed we highly recommend!

Josh was proactive with communication and checked in during our stay. He was able quickly to resolve some issues we encountered at the rental after we checked in. We really liked how this place was conveniently close to various ski resorts as well as to restaurants in and around Dillon and Silverthorne. Plus the mountain view from the living room was a big plus. FYI, this property is located next to a school and there may be after school pick-up traffic if returning during that time (around 4 pm) as we got stuck in a traffic jam for a bit.

We had a wonderful stay with our adult kids and four grandchildren. It was a great space and everyone loved the house. Everyone had their own room and there were great additions for the littles. They had so much extras for the kids. Thank you for sharing your home.

We had a great stay at Alister’s place. It was the perfect location for us to enjoy a week of skiing at Vail, Beaver Creek, and Keystone. His home is clean, well equipped, and a great size for our family of four. We were able to access skiing with ease and were happy to return to his condo for either a home cooked meal or an easy walk or drive to downtown Frisco for dinner after a long day on the slopes. I highly recommend and would stay here again. The only word of caution is that the garage space is tight if you have a large SUV!

We loved the place. The views from the balcony was awesome. We made the drive to Independence pass and it was great. there are plenty to do around. Overall a grat stay.

Loved our stay! It was the perfect size for my husband, my dog, and myself. It was so close to Main Street and plenty of amazing hiking spots and Boreas pass. I would definitely stay again!

Jeffery's condo was comfortable, well organized, and quiet. We enjoyed the location as it was close to the bike path.

WOW! What more can I say! Kitchen was the BEST appointed kitchen with all the tools needed which is rare for an Airbnb. Other amenities that were appreciated were books, space heater, warm blankets, and humidifier. Entire walkout basement apartment was comfortable and contained all needed items and more. Penny met us and showed us around the apartment. She was very informative. House was on a quiet cul de sac and Leadville is beautiful. If I went to Leadville, this would be where I would stay again. Amazing views. I have stayed in dozens of cabins and condos through the years and this one had arguably the best view. Simply stunning.

The location was great ! Twenty minutes to A-Basin and Copper. Walking path near Lake, and hiking trails near by. And of course the area is full of stores and restaurants. The condo was clean and well equipped. Plenty of hot water for a great shower. I would recommend.

Sarah's place is beautiful and comfortable. It felt like being home. Sarah gave great directions regarding all aspects of the stay and was quick to respond when I had one tiny question.

This place was perfectly centralized to many Summit County activities. The condo was spacious, comfortable, well stocked, and very clean. The beds were comfy too. We really enjoyed our time here.

Location and the little things! Great location to access several ski resorts, hiking, anything outdoors in the mountains. Shopping for anything is less than 2 miles away from condo. The little things; 1. Custom door combo just for us. Easy to remember. 2. Endless hot water for showers. 3. The best cotton sheets on all the beds. 4. Beefy, heavy duty towels 5. Lotion and Kleenex 6. A lot of cooking staples available We will stay again and recommend!

My daughter and I enjoyed staying at Laura’s place. It was a cute area and super easy drive to copper mountain everyday. Laura’s place was comfortable and had a great view of the mountains!

The place is comfortable, cozy and very functional at the same time. The location is perfect and the views are beautiful. The host was very nice and easy to reach. Fully recommend it! We look forward to book it again for our next spring break vacation.

Perfect place for our family of four. We had so much snow and it was a very easy drive to Copper Mountain for skiing. Did an afternoon in Breckenridge for quick drive. We loved walking paths, hot tub, wash/dryer, and kitchen. Thank you we hope to be back!
