Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Summit County

This was such a great stay! Stayed here with two other couples and location was great - walkable to main street, and home itself had spacious common areas. Access to the back deck was awesome and relaxing - property has great views. Saw lots of wildlife from deer, a baby moose, to lots of birds. The only two things that were unexpected was that the back property faces a public trail and one of the couples mentioned their bed was pretty uncomfortable. Overall, highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

We had a great stay! The hot tub was warm and easy to use with amazing views! There is plenty of room to host a large family or two. Only a few minutes from the lifts at Peak 7 and 8 and just a few more to town. We will definitely return next season

This lovely little house is in the trees, in the quiet and perfected on a hillside with a view. It was the restful and contemplative space we really needed for a few days. The house has everything you need and a nice deep bathtub! Every airbnb that allows pets should provide dog sheets and blankets. We always bring our own but it saves any stress and we appreciated the extra efforts. We will stay here again! PS the drive way was super easy.

Great spot for a large family! There were lots of fun games in the basement including a pool table, ping-pong, board games and more. My family had an absolutely wonderful time. I would highly recommend the spot! The house was close to lots of great hiking and scenic views! The house was well furnished in the kitchen had everything we needed we highly recommend!

This cozy cottage is in the perfect location, remote but not too far from restaurants, grocery stores and activities. Perfect walking path right down the street with multiple hikes close by! The space is very clean and great if you are bringing pets with you! Would 10/10 recommend staying anytime you are in Colorado!

We had a great stay at Alister’s place. It was the perfect location for us to enjoy a week of skiing at Vail, Beaver Creek, and Keystone. His home is clean, well equipped, and a great size for our family of four. We were able to access skiing with ease and were happy to return to his condo for either a home cooked meal or an easy walk or drive to downtown Frisco for dinner after a long day on the slopes. I highly recommend and would stay here again. The only word of caution is that the garage space is tight if you have a large SUV!

Comfortable beds, spacious apartment, location great for us visiting our daughter who lives in Wildernest. Appreciated the lotion and humidifiers. Five minute drive to great restaurants in Silverthorne.

Sweet little condo right on the river. No one was in the surrounding condos so it was very quiet. Mikel and Steph were very responsive. Great visit!

We loved the place. The views from the balcony was awesome. We made the drive to Independence pass and it was great. there are plenty to do around. Overall a grat stay.

Jeffery's condo was comfortable, well organized, and quiet. We enjoyed the location as it was close to the bike path.

Amazing views. I have stayed in dozens of cabins and condos through the years and this one had arguably the best view. Simply stunning.

Sarah's place is beautiful and comfortable. It felt like being home. Sarah gave great directions regarding all aspects of the stay and was quick to respond when I had one tiny question.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind each day after visiting the shops and restaurants in Frisco and surrounding towns. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the creek below while watching the hummingbirds fly by and the aspen tree leaves blowing in the wind. It was a very comfortable home away from home with a beautiful kitchen and spacious bathroom with two sinks—a lovely condo that met all our needs. The hosts were always quick with their communication and so kind. From seeing a moose on Main Street a block from the condo on the evening we checked in to the double rainbow over Main Street on our last night, it was a wonderful vacation. We would love to return again in the future and would definitely stay at this same condo. After all, it was our home away from home.

Great mountain getaway with comfy beds. Close to town and several mountains. Would stay again!

Alyce is a really nice host and responds very quickly. We love this airbnb which is clean and tidy, also has perfect location for us to hike. Scenic view and chill environment are beyond our expectations.

Perfect place for our family of four. We had so much snow and it was a very easy drive to Copper Mountain for skiing. Did an afternoon in Breckenridge for quick drive. We loved walking paths, hot tub, wash/dryer, and kitchen. Thank you we hope to be back!

Great communication. Enjoyed the fireplace and trail along snake river. It was serene and quiet. The mountains were so Majestic. We even saw double rainbow! I would highly recommend this place!
