Less than a 20-minute drive from Amsterdam and a 10-minute drive, you feel like you're all in nature. In the middle of the lake with wide views, this off-grid log cabin is full of comforts: The solar panels give electricity for light, refrigerator, coffee machine and a hot shower! Cooking on a 4-burner luxury inside kitchen is gas. The toilet is new with a mobile troley under the toilet (not visible and you do not need to empty it yourself). Everything is just new and luxuriously furnished.

In the garden, you can relax in a hammock, jump on a trampoline, go canoeing, paddle boarding and swimming from your own jetty. Nearby you can continue hiking and cycling to the nearby village of Breukelen and/or hiking along the Vecht. From Breukelen station, you can reach the city center of Amsterdam or Utrecht by train in 25 minutes.

The lake can be explored by boat, taking you to small beaches, while the village and neighborhood can be explored by (e-)bikes provided by the owner.

Rustige kindvriendelijke buurt, met een groot voetbal/ speelplein op 2 minuten lopen. De rivier de Vecht loopt van Utrecht naar Amsterdam en ligt op 100 meter. De Vecht is perfect om in te zwemmen of met een bootje op te varen. Bootverhuur zit op 300meter. Heel zonnige tuin op het zuiden, incl BBQ. Op de oprit kunnen vier auto’s staan en heeft een Tesla charger. Hartje Utrecht is op 10 min met de auto of 20 min fietsen. Amsterdam is 20 minuten met de auto. Winkelcentrum 5 minuten.

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

Lakeszicht Logies - Studio "Water" on the Loosdrecht lakes (Loosdrecht lakes).

There are two luxury studios: "Rietkraag" & "Water"! Each has its own entrance and is equipped with a complete kitchen (including combi oven/microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, hob, cutlery, glasses & cups, plates and pans), 1 x double bed, shower, separate toilet, Smart TV, Free Wifi and balcony overlooking the Lakes. Basically, we have built Sustainable, Ecological, Circular. Plassenzicht Logies has been open since 06/09/22, making it new in its kind.

Tiny house: Romantic sailboat in Amsterdam.

Lovely (10 meter) sailingboat. Isolated, running water, wifi, etc, etc. Entrance, main cabin with a sink, table, sofas. Toilet, bathroom, bedroom in the front. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm). Third and fourth person in single beds on the other side of the boat. The fifth (smaller?) person can sleep in the bed in the front of the boat, or you can store your luggage there. Nespresso coffee machine, water cooker. Wifi. Shower on shore.

A unique experience! Take a dip in the water, eat and drink on the terrace and enjoy the freedom. A true holiday feeling. Nice by the water and yet within walking distance of the city center of Utrecht. We hope you can enjoy our nice home. Also super nice for children. We have a toddler ourselves, so toddler bedroom, toys, bath and fence by the water... it's all there! Please note: we have two (very sweet!) British Shorthair cats!

The spacious jetty with canopy is a lovely place to enjoy the view over the water. There is also plenty to do in the center of Breukelen such as various shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
