Barrels Rest is a two bedroom apartment located in the heart of the town, within walking distance of all the local amenities. Exeter Airport is within a ten minute drive, Exeter town is half an hour away, and the coast of Sidmouth is only a 15 minute drive. The apartment is well presented with an open plan kitchen arrangement with the sitting room. There is a smart TV with Netflix in the sitting room and in stairs lead to both bedrooms (both with TV's) and a shower room on the second floor.

The fully self-contained one bed cottage sits in private grounds with parking and great access to transport links. Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

This lovely spacious cottage is adjacent to the owner's house, set in 3 acres of gardens and beautiful countryside in the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. A 20 minute walk from the beach along a tranquil riverside foot and cycle path, through the beautiful Byes parkland. There is on street parking directly out front.
