Our purpose built Sanctuary is a real home from home , ideal for two adults plus pets ,to live in whilst visiting friends or family in the area or for using it as a base for a holiday as many guests use us to explore Northumberland , its wonderful beaches , Morpeth , Alnwick , Seahouses and Bamburgh .It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the local beach , the A19 and just a twenty minute bus ride into the centre of Newcastle ,using the great bus service catching the X7 which runs every 30 mins.

We are well situated for beautiful Northumberland coastal areas, and the border country. Not too far from historical Durham City and only 20mins fromNewcastles shops and restaurants. Newcastle Airport is 20mins away.

I just needed a place to lay my head for the night while I visited friends. It was easy and exactly as described. Matthew was a great host, very friendly and accommodating.

ideal place to stop then go to work.. host very attentive and home was spotless. Lots of adequate parking aswell and quiet area surprisingly for a main road.

Had a great couple days at Holywell Grange Farm. Jon and Trish were very welcoming , the room was ideal for us. jon also showed us his horses and the dogs were frendly .
