WHAT A PLACE! Honestly, the pictures do not begin to show how clean, modern, and welcoming this home is. The home is extremely welcoming and the A/C controls the home very effectively. Master on main with a comfortable king bed. Leather couches make watching movies in the living room very comfortable. The loft area upstairs has a great sitting area complete with a sleeper sofa. An additional bed and full bathroom made the loft area the perfect place for our three children to sleep. The front porch made coffee drinking in a rocking chair the perfect start to a morning. We did not use the fire pit or grills but there were plenty of amenities to choose from on the property. I tend to be picky when it comes to not staying in a nice hotel. This home exceeded my expectations and I hope to return in the future.

Beautiful home and landscaping with an excellent view of the mountains. The home layout and furnishings are very comfortable for a family or friends gathering. The outdoor jacuzzi is great with the lovely view of the mountains. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. We would love to stay here again. David is a superior host. He replies quickly to any questions and he provides a very informative online house manual before you arrive.

The most interesting thing about the home is the LOCATION, just outside of the busy, crowded sidewalks of Helen, is this peaceful oasis of older homes and a church set in a park like setting. It is very quiet and you feel amazingly secluded, and you don't have to go through Helen to get to the other towns. We chose this home because we wanted to visit the entire area and Helen was sort of in the center of Cleveland, Dahlonega, Jasper, Blairsville and Blue Ridge. If you are going toward Dahlonega, the Gold Mining Museum, Amicalola Falls State Park to see a beautiful waterfall and Dahlonega Butterfly Farm are things to see. On the way to Jasper is a must see national treasure called Gibbs Gardens. After trying to see everything in the area, Gibbs Gardens was our favorite. It is hundreds of acres of flowers with a creek running through the middle and offers amazing gardens to wander through. Blue Ridge was 1+15 min drive, you can easily spend an entire day there trying to see it.

I can’t say enough about how easy and satisfying it was to work with Joni. We had a little hiccup with the first place that we had rented and immediately was upgraded to another place. And thank goodness because we had no place to stay. Communication was immediate. Those who I spoke with at Suches Vacation rental were efficient and incredible. I highly recommend such as vacation rental. And the rental that we ended up with was exactly what was described. It was beautiful, private, clean, and very comfortable.

Anna's home is updated, neat, clean with thoughtful and comfortable decor. Water, coffee and snacks were provided in the well appointed kitchen. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spotless. Thanks for providing such a lovely location for our reunion. Downtown Helen has very good German restaurants and delicious beer! The balloon fest was great also.

Our family had a wonderful stay here! The hidden game room was the biggest hit with our kids! You also can’t beat the back porch. It was so peaceful in the mornings. And made for the best place to hang out on a rainy day or in the evenings. Beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked. Also super safe and nice neighborhood area. Would highly recommended!

Can’t say enough about the great location, the cleanliness and how at home we felt. A very relaxing stay with everything we could have ask for. The location was perfect. In town but did not fell like it. Close to everything, restaurants, shops and attractions. Helen is one of our getaway spots and Rob’s place is one of the nicer places. We will definitely be booking with him again.

Great location in a gated area. Patio space was perfect for those cool nights. Second bedroom was on the basement level with its own couch and TV so was perfect for two couples to have their space when needed. Very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Easy few minutes drive into town.

I have stayed at a lot of Air BnBs, and this one was the best experience I have had! The host was great! We had some problems and the Ashley and her husband were very helpful. As far as bang for your buck, the price was spectacular for everything g you get. Location was perfect. We had a large family and there was plenty of room and things to do. The host’s attention to detail was spot on. We will be looking to stay here again next time we are in Helen!

We loved this house and exploring the town of Helen. Great gated community close to town and hiking trails. The house was clean and well equipped. Beds were a little firm for our taste, but to each their own. We saw a family of bears by the front porch one afternoon. That was pretty cool, especially since we were indoors 😉

Beautiful cabin in the woods! Loved the creek that was along side the property- it made sitting by the campfire so peaceful. Everything was so clean and well stocked! We were scared crossing the babbling brook daily but it made for a fun adventure! Would love to be back for a longer stay next time to enjoy more of the amenities.

The camper was very clean and the porch was a great addition. It was a perfect location for myself, two kids and our dog. The amenities of the resort were great - my kids loved the waterslide. The location of the resort is great as well - very close to hiking, Helen, grocery stores and restaurants (the on site diner was closed while we were there). Donna was very helpful and responsive with any questions. If you go in the summer, bring a portable fan if you have anyone sleeping on the pullout couches - they also weren't the comfiest, but were a great option. Thanks Donna!

Our visit to Helen was perfect. The kids loved the games, the pool area and even the hot tub after a long hike. Everything was clean upon arrival and cozy! Recommend Ashley’s home highly. The proximity to Helen is great. We also went to Babyland in nearby Cleveland (kids) and Clarksville for bowling and antique stores!

Perfect distance from the town of Helen, our main reason for the stay. Cozy and clean cabin. Fernando was responsive and provided very clear instructions! Couldn’t ask for anything else!

The cabin was perfect for the quiet relaxing vacation we were looking for. It by far exceeded my expectations with how clean everything was on the inside and outside. My favorite part was sneaking out to the screened in porch every morning with my coffee and book listening to the world wake up around me. I would definitely recommend Jeannie's place for anyone looking for a quite get away in a secluded cabin but still close enough to town to enjoy what Helen has to offer.

We had a lovely weekend at the cabin. It was very clean and cozy. The hot tub was wonderfully relaxing and we enjoyed watching the local wildlife from the porch.

A Perfect Getaway – Exceeded I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The property itself was spotless and beautifully decorated—exactly like the photos, if not better. The bed was super comfortable, and the outdoor patio was perfect for morning coffee. What truly made this stay exceptional was the peaceful atmosphere and the sense of privacy. Even though it was just a short drive to Helen, it felt like a secluded retreat. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already thinking about when I could return. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-managed stay in a beautiful location!

Kathy’s place was exactly as described in listing. It was very peaceful and relaxing at her cabin. Kathy even checked in on us the next day after our check in to make everything was ok with the cabin. We’re already planning our next visit.

Where to begin..... this cabin is spectacular!!!!!! And what an amazing view and truly peaceful. This cabin is everything that I wanted and so much more. Very clean.... the hot tub water super clean and relaxingly hot. I had seen some reviews that said they wished the back deck was more private but we found that the trees were dense enough that we had all of the privacy that we could have wanted! A few suggestions I have though. Wear thick soled walking shoes as the road is all rocks. Road going up to the house is very steep, be ready! If you are bringing up a trailer I highly recommend parking it at the bottom of the hill ( I read somewhere that there is a place you can park it). There are some good restaurants in the town of Helen and some touristy stores to wander through. One day in the town you have seen everything. Check out Anna Ruby Falls..... it is a half mile hike to the falls but so well worth it!!!!!! Highly recommend the cabin and area, truly amazing stay!!!!!

The Pickleball Retreat is a lovely place. You are in the middle of nowhere, but it's easy to get to where you need to go. The creek that you cross over made me nervous because there was lots of rain the weekend we were there, but it never caused a problem, even for the folks in low sedans. The grounds of the home are absolutely beautiful and a nature lovers paradise! We had an issue with the hot tub and Timea responded quickly and addressed our concerns. I would 10/10 stay here again. PS: there is NO service, so plan accordingly and stay connected to the wifi while at the home
