This was the Airbnb stay of my dreams and boy oh boy was it worth it. Stunning accomodation with beautiful furnishings and surroundings. We didn't want to leave!

The bush setting , the water views, the design and fit out are all top notch . Private and tranquil . We appreciated the expresso coffee machine ( and local beans in generous supply ) and other welcoming touches . Everything has been thought of in this immaculately presented house . We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home—not just a holiday rental. Everything was so well maintained, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully set up to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. Ben and Tess were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. Communication was seamless, and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It’s the little things that really stood out: a pantry stocked with essentials like olive oil, a lovely selection of teas and coffee, and even fresh milk waiting in the fridge. These thoughtful touches made such a difference. The decor throughout the house was absolutely stunning—stylish yet cozy, with so much attention to detail. And the views? Absolutely breathtaking. The home is in the perfect spot, with scenery that you’ll remember long after your trip is over. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

It was the first time in Tasmania for our family, and Robyn's mansion is definitely one of the best part of our trip. the mansion itself is located in a very peaceful area which is not very faraway from Hobart city, with an impressive scenic lakeview around the house. Robyn made sure every instructions are well-prepared for us therefore we had no problem checking-in, and she is very responsive when we needed help. In the morning after we arrived, we had a problem with the coffee machine and we reached out for help which Robyn replied and get the problem solved right away. after we went back from the town in the evening we found a new set of coffee machine and capsules for us, we were very impressive on how helpful and responsive she is toward us. to conclude our review, I would totally recommend this well-deserved home for vacation. The host is very friendly and helpful. We had a very good time here, truly a sanctuary and this place made us fall in love with Tasmania. Thank you!

this is the second time we have stayed here and I honestly have nothing to complain about. everything was perfect , again. We had everything we needed and more. Don't hesitate to experience this homely little surf shack for yourself, in the best part of Tassy.

A wonderful contemporary style house, Rachel and Jet has demonstrate their amazing decorstion taste by the inferior and furniture picking, especially the shampoo & body wash are all Aesop which is one of my favorites luxury cosmetics brand. Furthermore,Rachel & Jet has provided detailed guidance for our check in and guidance to use the fire pit. Highly recommend！

We loved Sophie’s place, it exceeded expectations and was everything it claimed and just so relaxing. Sophie was very helpful and if we ever stay on Bruny again it will definitely be here! Thank you so much

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hobart at Janina’s and Gary’s place. They are very welcoming and ready to share their knowledge and tips to visiting Hobart, and Tasmania. The extra touches of toasting bread, jam and butter, and tea and coffee were appreciated for breakfast. Close by is an IGA for groceries and a Porter’s for wine and beer. Nearby beaches were just right for relaxing. Salamanca Market is about a 10-minute drive. Can’t go wrong booking this location. It is a wonderful pied à terre in Hobart!

I couldn’t have asked for more during my stay at Ruth’s. The space was warm, cozy and inviting after my long work days. Bed was super comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, clean and modern. Ruth was a great host. Thank you.

Absolutely stunning place and location! Nel and Lorne were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of all the little things to make us feel welcome and it truly felt like we were staying with friends…like a home away from home. We arrived to the smell of fresh bread baking, and found a loaf baking in the bread oven. Nel had even left us a jar of her homemade raspberry jam, which was to die for! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves which was absolutely magical and so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back sometime!

A beautiful space with a lot of character. Perfect spot to explore the peninsula from. A very cosy stay.

Petra and Wayne’s place is immaculate. The cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever booked. Tasteful, warm and comfortable furnishings with a lovely garden outlook and beautiful views to the river. They are friendly, responsive and helpful and also respectful of space and privacy for their guests. The apartment is a 20 min walk downhill to the city. The walk home is steep but a quick uber or taxi solves that problem. We would definitely stay again, loved it.

Beautiful home and fantastic host! Super clean, elegant space with a very large kitchen, living space and incredibly comfortable bed. Scottie was extremely accommodating with both our 11pm check in and use of the spa under the stars. Always available to help, we felt right at home and loved feeding the sheep in the morning!

We really enjoyed our stay at James place. The place was very clean and comfortable and nice to relax after all day exploring Hobart. We were also able to check in early which is a bonus! James have been great! Highly recommend this place

Such a fantastic spot! You couldn’t ask for a better spot to stay if you’re visiting Kingston, Hobart, or the Huon. I’m sure it would be a top tier location in summer, too - right by the beach. We’ll definitely be back!
