Easily the best place to stay near Ludlow if you’re looking for comfort, nature, and genuine hospitality!

Ariel's little farmhouse paradise was Absolutely amazing and so perfect for getting ready for my wedding in! It was everything I wanted it to be! Ariel was so kind and showed us around to meet all the farm animal residents, and my son loved it! Its peaceful and serene, and stocked with everything you may need! I can't wait to come back for a weekend getaway with no busy plans! Thank you so much ariel!

I do not think there are enough words to describe how absolutely incredible Matthew's home is! Myself and 6 other girls spent the week here for a girls getaway and every single one of us could not stop 'oooo-ing & awwww'-ing' at every space. The home itself looks as if it came straight out of a novel but the property! Oh my gosh!!! Getting to be tucked away in the gorgeous scenic town of Kingston, while also not being too far from amazing restaurants and other amenities was pure perfection. We all took daily walks around the property and loved the high end retreat vibe that the home itself gives. We truly made some life long memories and cannot thank Matt enough for allowing us the opportunity to get to stay here. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay and we are all already talking about when we can come back; especially when the lavender field is in full bloom!! Thank you again, Matt!!

Faith and David were very hospitable hosts. Their farm is very pleasant and peaceful. The quiet of the surroundings, the diverse bird species and the fresh eggs and vegetables really made the stay very memorable. I enjoyed speaking with these wonderful hosts and I will be rebooking in the future!

We had peaceful and relaxing stay at Linda’s Hilltop Hideaway. The space was clean and cozy with a lovely porch that was beautifully landscaped. We were lucky to catch her peonies in bloom! Linda is very friendly and greeted us as we arrived and said goodbye as we were leaving. Hilltop Hideaway was great for our weekend getaway!

Fantastic stay and delivered the solitude in nature that I was looking for. It was a great way to experience the San Juans. The view was stunning, the access to the beach was stellar, and one of the best ways to spend a few days relaxing. The loaner vehicle was perfect to get us from dock to house. Reminder, for anyone looking to book this airBNB, please be mindful of what you pack and bring as there is no store to quickly run to if you forgot something. Also, you need to pack out your recyclables & non-compostables. Overall, would stay again and have already recommended it to others as an Eco-friendly vacation destination.

The eco-cabin was amazing- a beautiful location; quiet and peaceful in the woods. The rustic cabin had so much character, and was just as described. It was charming, slow living close by beaches, Fort Flagler state park and Port Townsend. Waking up to birdsong gazing up at the trees and stars visible in the loft skylight in the early hours is healing medicine. Gotta love early mornings with coffee, breakfast and friends on the porch. Marrowstone Island Winery is a 6 minute drive away, and is a must if you like excellent wine. The Nordland General Store ( 9 minutes away) is lovely and has all the essentials.

We had a birthday celebration during our stay and everyone fit very comfortably. We cooked together and had ample room to play fishbowl in the living room. The sunsets are amazing! The property had a walking path and was well groomed. The front yard was completely fenced in so our pups were safe to hang out. It is a great location - close to the grocery store any other amenities you need as well as recreational activities . We will definitely stay there again when we visit the PNW again.

We loved staying here. Place was beautiful and even more beautifully kept. Modern but very comfortable with indoor and outdoor fireplace/ pit, great deck for bfast or sunset dinner and drinks or just relaxing to read. Kitchen is very well stocked and appreciated the small touches for us when we arrived Checkin was easy and host was very responsive. Thank you!!!

We had a fantastic stay — everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. The location was perfect, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

You won’t be disappointed to stay here. It is lively and so close to really lovely gems! The old barn from the outside might have you wondering, but the deck and then stepping inside to a modern and cozy place is wonderful. I would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Quiet, peaceful location, just a short walk to the beach and short drive to local restaurants.

A great location in Oak Harbor, within 25 minutes of restaurants, Deception Pass State Park, beaches, and trails. It's a peaceful spot and the setup works well for friends or family traveling together. Lots of open space in the yard for a dog to enjoy too. We enjoyed a long weekend stay and recommend if you want to stay on the northern part of the island.

My spouse and I (traveling with a 2-year old) had a lovely weekend at the cabin on this serene and private orchard. It was more spacious than we anticipated and the design was cozy yet stylish. Beds were very comfortable, we appreciated the MagSafe iPhone chargers in the bedrooms, the shower head was great, ample heaters throughout, and there were games and toys for our toddler (and us), plus two smart TVs, and fun art to enjoy. We spent a lot of time meandering around the grounds as well. We want to come back when the vast selection of fruit is in season!

We had the best time in the Storybook cabin! It was so cute and the attention to cottage-core detail was amazing. The entire family was so friendly and welcoming and even started a cozy fire for us. 😇 We will definitely be back and recommend this spot to everyone!

The studio apartment looks quite new, floors, spacious bathroom and wood countertops are in great shape. We chose this place for its convenience to the regional hospital and downtown, and it well served this purpose. The location among the tulip fields was very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the small portable electric heater was ample for the room.

Set in the middle of Skagit valley’s agricultural district, The Granary is positioned just on the edge of a field of waving tall grass providing a mesmerizing vista to look out on upon waking. The gently bleating from the goat penn just off the back deck periodically breaking the quiet sounds of farm life remind you to take a breath, and be present. Inside the well remodeled historic building is quaint and adorable, while feeling both clean and modern. Everything was excellent and hosts were outstanding. To note: The loft takes care to ascend/descend though it never felt unsafe, and the kitchen is not particularly robustly stocked but it had everything we needed for our short stay, including complimentary coffee/ creamer. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for a short stay while visiting friends. The setting was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. We lucked out with beautiful weather and had a great view of Mt. Ranier from the unit. The place was just as described and very comfortable. The provided coffee and breakfast items were a nice touch.

My husband and I would’ve spent the rest of our vacation here if we could! Karen is a superb host and such a lovely person. She met us at check in and was quick to answer any questions we had via text. Her home was incredibly inviting and cozy. Far enough out of the big cities but still a great spot to find some local restaurants and close to trailheads. She also left some breakfast items which was very helpful when we forgot a few things. If you’re a photographer and get lucky enough to see the auroras, text Karen and she’ll show you/tell you the spots to get the shot. She was even kind enough to lend me a tripod while we spent the nighttime hours waiting for the aurora. Don’t wait to book the Owl’s Nest!

Wow! This home is a true haven of discoveries that delight! Lori is an amazing, hospitable host. She has designed a beautiful farmhouse with layers upon layers of comfort. We were inspired! There are lovely places to sit, inside and out, little vignettes with lovely things to look at in the garden and in the house. She welcomed us with coffee and a delicious pastry and some personal touches based on our discussions. She is obviously a gifted designer with convenient touches everywhere. We had such a peaceful weekend celebrating our 45th anniversary.

This place was absolutely worth every penny we paid! It was very clean, cute and small but had every amenity you would want. The VIEW of the water was beautiful.. just incredible! The scene was very peaceful. Shyni was our host and checked on us a few times during our stay to make sure we had all that we needed. She was very cordial with us. We appreciated having had conversations with her as we like to get to know our hosts. That's always a bonus for us. It is a small little place but mighty in everything else. The amenities are too numerous to note. But if you are missing something, I'm sure she has it! It is a very private place. It is also well stocked with games if you get rained in for the day. The washer/dryer unit was very handy. One thing we'd have done differently was to have put in our order for Indian food 6 weeks prior to our arrival. If you would like some Indian food (I read awesome reviews and forgot) order ahead! Enjoy the place! We did!

Larry’s place is a true gem. It feels like you’re visiting someone’s home rather than something made for Airbnb. Larry messaged me during the stay to make sure I was doing well and gave me lots of recommendations. The surrounding area is very cute with lots to do. I highly recommend checking out the nearby ludlow falls. It’s an easy hike but feels like you’re immersed in a rainforest. Overall this Airbnb was great and I’d recommend it to all my friends and family.

It’s a great place to stay with spectacular views, extremely well maintained house and excellent amenities. We had a great wonderful stay. The hosts were gracious and invited us to feed the alpacas on their farm which was so much fun. Very highly recommend this place.

The Elf House was the perfect sanctuary for my solo retreat. I was able to disconnect and unwind in a peaceful environment that had everything I needed. Including a piano! They were great hosts with plenty of clear instructions to cover any questions that may arise. I wish I was staring out their window at the water right now.
