The Loomis Family immigrated from Greece and operated the Soda Fountain and Confectionary until the 1960's. With a large kitchen with breakfast nook. This cozy home is like staying at grandma’s house on the farm. Cows in the pasture behind the home gives charm to this rural listing. We are 15 minutes to east ramp and 19 minutes to west ramp on Newton lake. Sam Parr state park is only 4 miles away!
