The Annex - self contained unit .

The Annex is an older building, that was a sleepout, separate but next to the main house. It has two bedrooms and a living/ dining area, with a wood fire, sink, fridge, hot plate, electric frypan, slow cooker and microwave. There is a small shower room and separate toilet. It is on a farmlet with harbour views, 6km south of the city centre , one hundred metres up a driveway off State Highway One. This is a busy main road, so there can be road noise.

Kukupa Cottage

Kukupa cottage is a three year old cottage on the top of a hill overlooking Kowharewa bay. It is on a piece of lovely land that has another house next door but is very private. It is lovely and warm with everything you need for a winter getaway. In the summer it gets all day sun that needs to be blocked but there are blinds along the front which you may need some of the time. There is a lovely wooden deck at the front also, with a roll out awning.
