Access to laundry facilities in main house if required. 1 minute walk to beach, 1 min. drive or 10 minute walk to large selection of restaurants in Orewa. Five minutes from motorway, 30 minutes from Harbour bridge.

No smoking anywhere on premises. Outdoor table and chairs, sun lounger.Not suitable for children under 12 , some exceptions apply by request only.No pets allowed .
