A downstairs private room with shared front door , a queen bed, ensuite, kitchenette with fridge and microwave It's just a 5 min walk to the Greerton Village with op shops, cafes and general shopping. Just a 10 min drive to the CBD, 20 mins to Mount beach, 40 mins to Rotorua. We live upstairs with a friendly dog and a cat who thinks she's the queen. Our teenagers come home now and then but we keep noise to a minimum when guests are staying.

So pleased i booked with Beyonder, they went the extra mile for me with an early check in, they removed the room diffusers at my request for a fragrance free stay and talked me through getting into the building. We stayed a couple of nights at Derby cottage. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful and the place was neat and had everything we wanted. The backyard was a beautiful private space we loved to sit during the afternoons. I didn’t get to meet Jane during our stay but she was always responsive over messages. Overall good experience.

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

Great spot! Close to main beach or Pilot Bay and trail up mountain. Easy to walk to shopping and grocery store, or get dinner on the main strip. Comfortable and clean and great natural light.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly
