A much loved traditional and contemporary recently refurbished listed townhouse. We have amazing sea views of Lyme Bay and the Jurrasic coastline from the garden. Our house is situated centrally within an easy walking distance from seafront, beaches, car parks and town. We are next to the churchyard a stone's throw away from the grave and statue of Mary Anning the famous palaeontologist and fossil collector. We will provide a parking 🅿️ permit for only 1 vehicle. Pets on request.

The train station is 4 min away which offers car parking for a fee. The house offers cosy relaxing seaside getaway with a complimentary use of our brand new Hydropool Serenity Hot Tub 2023 (not charged separately). Please note that the house is split over 2 floors.
