Romantic, heated, spacious shepherd's hut with bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Cosy box-bed, comfortable couch, TV incl. Netflix and Amazon Prime. In Summer the (shared) pool can be used by guests. The jacuzzi can be booked separately for €30 per 2 h. All in the peaceful countryside with a view of storks in the season. All you need for the perfect getaway can be found here or in the area. The nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden is only 3 km away and Giethoorn a 20-min. drive. We have rental bikes.

In the most beautiful part of Giethoorn, outside the busy tourist area, this unique holiday home is surrounded by nature. With unobstructed views over the water. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 persons and 2x 1 person bed). There is another 5th bed (1 pers.) on the hall upstairs. We would like to know if you would like to use a sheet package (bed linen & towels). Surcharge is €10,00 p.p. The renovated bathroom makes the cottage a luxurious place to enjoy the peace, space and nature.

Beautiful location in the middle of the Weerribben-Wieden National Park in the charming water village of Kalenberg near Blokzijl and Giethoorn ( 20 minutes). This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like from a fairy tale book! As if you really live in authentic Giethoorn. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. Without hordes of tourists. (South). Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.

We were only there briefly, but found the apartment very nice. When we are in the area again, we would like to come back if the apartment is free. Nice hostess, there's nothing to complain about.

When we arrived, Ella gave us a warm welcome. She then showed us around the place and briefed us really well. After asking really nicely, we were even allowed to use their Garden Hose to clean off our cars, after the Heavy rain. It’s a very cool area. Big Driveway. Perfect Place for carguys. Thanks for being able to have such a nice stay!
