Welcome home to our delightful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2-story townhouse! Each bedroom has a queen bed. Both are located on the second story as well as the full bath. Living room, dine-in kitchen, laundry room, & half bath are located on the first floor. AC is provided on the first floor and in both bedrooms. Cable & internet provided. Sorry, pets are not allowed. No smoking/vaping. This listing is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is close to downtown Napoleon and the Maumee River!

"Hunter's Ridge" is one of 12 cabins my husband and I purchased in 1997. It is a small 3-room log cabin with a private, queen bedroom. The living area has a futon sofa bed and a small loft with a mattress. There are complimentary kayaks & canoes to navigate the islands and free bicycles for the wooded hiking trail. There is a kitchenette with the essentials. There is a brass hand-pump toilet and wooden tub with only a shower head to rinse off. There is a 2-person hot tub overlooking the river.

The entire cottage has been remodeled and features a new kitchen and a new bath. You'll have free use of 2 kayaks and a canoe, along with life preservers and paddles. There are six kayaks shared between 3 cottages.

This little gem sits on 2 acres of beautiful land with mature trees. Our little cottage is only 500 sq. ft. So it’s ideal for 2 people but will accommadate up to 4 (2 kids or 1 adult on futon). We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!

This place is amazing if you are looking to get away & feel like it’s just you two. The house was amazing has everything you need & more. Then outside is beautiful & has everything you need as well. My boyfriend & I came for our two year anniversary to fish & just spend time together it was perfect. So perfect he proposed down by the river. Highly recommend anyone to stay here & we will definitely be back.

I cannot say enough about Tara’s guesthouse! It was beautiful and immaculately clean. The property feels so private and is meticulously maintained. We loved the porch, and we would have enjoyed the fire pit if the weather had cooperated. The garage was much appreciated so we could stay out of the rain. Inside the guesthouse is beautifully decorated and comfortable. I loved the tea, and the special treats Tara provided. Tara and Brian went out of their way to make sure we knew they were available for anything we needed. So kind! And Santiago was the best greeter! We were sad we could only stay one night and would love to return.

We were so impressed by the accommodations. It is so much cuter in person than the photos! The setting was very relaxing and quiet! We were blown away by how artfully decorated it was, and how clearly the remote control instructions for each room were communicated. The welcome waters and snacks were *so* appreciated. We wish we would have found this listing before graduation weekend, but if our next child decides to go to BGSU, we will absolutely book here again.
