We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with easy access to everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were super easy, which made the whole experience even smoother. One of the highlights was playing video games with my family, it brought back so many childhood memories and created new ones we’ll always treasure. Shay was an amazing host friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Judy’s place was just as described! We were in town for a long weekend…wedding celebration…and we arrived early-in-the day. Judy was super-responsive & even allowed us in before 3:) We enjoyed being able to order groceries from Target & cooked one meal at the house. There are several spices & condiments we utilized as well! (Also, bottle opener, scissors, pen, etc) The beds were comfy and there were plenty of soaps & towels! Disc golf in the backyard was an added-bonus! Would definitely stay again as our good friends also live just nearby! Thanks, Judy!! 💥

Nice location close to Denver Airport. Plenty of space with 2 bedrooms and full kitchen.

Loved it!!!!!! Everything was provided for you, from a clean house with everything equipt to have a comfortable stay! Kitchen fully stocked, restroom fully stocked, labeled. Great area, nice backyard fully gated. Quite neighborhood, great view of mountains on the drive up. Close to everything, spacious. Ping pong table in lower level with a beautiful painting that makes you feel like you’re in Colorado! I really enjoyed my stay. It was close to Denver, golden, all the hikes and mountains and downtown. There’s literally no complaints. Even has a doggy for to let your dog out and they provided treats and bowls and a towel as well!! Very thoughtful, very organized free of clutter, updated appliances, and it’s affordable! If you’re looking for a place or you need to bring your pet or just be close to everything in a safe neighborhood I really recommend! They even provided name brand shampoo and conditioner and body wash, they really were great! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice clean home in a good location within a short drive to most things. Updated kitchen/bathrooms were very nice and beds were very comfortable. Sarah was easy to communicate with as well. All of this made for a stress free, enjoyable stay. Thank you Sarah!

Tue's house is in the cutest neighborhood that is very quiet. The house is next to a street that is a little busy but at night we couldn't hear any cars. There is a view of the mountains from the back porch which are beautiful. It took us about 30 minutes to get to Denver so the location was not bad at all. The house is beautiful with a big master bathroom. Vanesa, the co host, was very communicative and responded quickly if we needed anything. We were a little unsure about the owner living in the basement, but we never saw or heard anything and pretty much forgot that he was there as well. Will definitely be back if stay in Arvada again

Loved the spot! The pool, hot tub, putting green, and pool table were a lot of fun! The host was very helpful and responsive, and the location made for easy access to downtown, nearby hikes, and a quick drive to red rocks.

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Hannah’s property during a multi-day visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. The space was an absolute oasis after long days of hiking! Hannah was super proactive about check-in assistance, orientation with the amenities, and follow-up to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very cozy, super clean, and provided everything we needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. My favorite part was the record player and extensive collection of old records in the living room :) I spent some time sitting on the back porch, and even used the desk nook in the laundry room for some computer work. This place would make for an amazing remote work stay, especially with the detached office out-building in the tranquil back yard. Highly recommend this space to anyone looking to explore the Estes Park/Boulder area!! Top-notch hosting :)

Condo was peaceful and had wonderful outdoor area. Bed was comfy and owner was super quick at responding and very helpful and accommodating

We stayed with our 1.5 and 3 year old boys, had a very late night check-in but getting in with the instructions and putting everyone to bed was so easy and seamless. The big sectional was great for family snuggles, and the location was central to amenities and places to take kids. We hope to book again the next time we’re in the Denver area!

This is a great spot for being based in Lodo! You don't need a car as it's right next to the train station and being above Whole Foods is amazing. This apartment is perfect for a single person or couple traveling together. The kitchen has all of the basics you need to be able cook your meals at home. Would recommend this as your jumping off place to explore Denver!

Riley was a great host! Very responsive and made us feel right at home. He made sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean and as described. Highly recommend!

Great stay. Rented out the house for a whole family who ran the BolderBoulder. We ended up changing some guests around and bringing a couple of little ones and they were very responsive and okayed it quickly. Loved using the hot tub in the cooler weather however the rain made it so that we were not able to use the grill so I can’t attest to that, though it is covered. Good location, cute little town, very close to Boulder. Ran out of trash bags and asked host where more might be and when they discovered there were no more they had them on our porch the next day by 10 AM. If I had to critique one thing, it would maybe be have a little bit more towels, rags, dish towels. There is a set for every person that can stay, but if you stay for a long time and use the hot tub, you tend to need to run the washer and dryer a lot. Which is fine and it’s a great washer and dryer! So that critique isn’t really a critique just a heads up! Would definitely stay again! :) Lovely home in a lovely area.

Jocelyn’s place is so comfortable and location in Arvada is great! The giant couch is a highlight, made for very fun movie nights. I really appreciate the proactive and friendly communication too. Perfect home base if you’re looking to explore the front range!

Stevie’s property was perfect for our family trip, located just right between Boulder and Denver. The house amenities were great and the property comfortably accommodated our extended family that traveled for graduation. The house felt to be “new”, everything was spotless and - most importantly- Steve was a super host: quick to respond, very clear instructions, accommodating… We definitely recommend Steve and his property, we would certainly look to stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

Our stay at this home was absolutely delightful! The space was impeccably clean and exuded a warm, cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The living area featured comfortable couches perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.The amenities were exceptional—especially the hot tub and sauna, which provided the ultimate relaxation.The neighborhood was lovely, and the park just down the street was an unexpected gem. It was perfect for morning walks and enjoying the outdoors. The only minor note was that the main street leading to the house was a bit busier than anticipated for a residential area, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.Additionally, the thoughtful touches provided by the host truly enhanced our stay. From complimentary coffee and wine to a selection of snacks, these touches made us feel welcome and appreciated. Overall, this house offered everything we were looking for—comfort, relaxation, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would highly recommend it!!

Darleen and Damon were amazing! The place was extremely nice and well stocked. Our dog was very comfortable and enjoyed walks in the pristine neighborhood. Looking forward to staying here in the future 🌟

Nice little space, well kept and vey clean. Thought it was going to be closer to the restaurants on Tennyson street, couldn’t walk there. Guess that was my fault for not researching the location. Overall very happy with the space.

Michael and Jamie were perfect hosts! The house was lovely and clean and had plenty of space for our family of eight. They both were very helpful and quickly responded to our questions and supplied very good information on the area and our airport transfers. We had everything we needed and would highly recommend this property!!

Nice single room airbnb with updated decor and all you really need with the kitchenette and large comfy bed. Really did a great job with making the most of the space. Check in and out was easy breezy. Location in Arvada is ideal. Thanks for a nice stay
