Enjoy our cozy cottage behind the stable only 4 km. from the Waddensea. Three bisycles are availeble. The house has satellite-tv, Wi-fi, a dishwasher, a washingmachine and a bathtub. Come and see the milking and learn the Frisian language. In the spring of 2019 the bathroom is being renovated.

It had all the amenities that a family with small children needs. Titia greeted us warmly when we arrived, and made us feel very welcome throughout the following seven days. Our son enjoyed learning about the life on the farm and our little daughter spent hours playing with the various toys. There were several bikes in the shed which we used for short excursions into the somewhat rough Friesland landscape with its endless horizon. It was pretty cold during our stay so we couldn't enjoy the sea and outdoors a lot, but I can easily imagine that in a warmer weather. Overall, we highly recommend Titia's house for a family stay.”
Spacious and bright room with a spacious double bed for a good night after a wonderful day; for example in Leeuwarden, cycling along the Wadden Sea coast, the Frisian lakes or a "tour" through one of the 11 Frisian cities. Parking the car or bicycle is no problem and with public transport you are quickly in Leeuwarden or you travel by bus to Holwerd for a day in Ameland. You can make coffee or tea in the room and there is also a small fridge which we have filled for you for a relaxed evening!
