The apartment is very cozy and stylishly furnished, and the garden is well maintained with lots of nice seating. The location is very quiet - but you need the car for all activities.

My partner and me we really enjoy in this place. The flat hat everything that you need for make your stay super! New, very clean, good location and good vibes in the flat. 100% recommend:)

Perfect accommodation. The apartment is super clean. The facility is lovingly and fully equipped. There was really nothing missing. Hedda is very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is located in a quiet area and not far from the beach in Norddeich. I had taken a walk in the morning and was there for a good 30 minutes. By car in 2-3 minutes to the Ocean Wave and parking lot to the beach. Quiet and perfect. If I were to go to the corner again, I would definitely rent this apartment. Thanks, Hedda. 🌸

Beautiful, family-friendly apartment with loving hosts We were allowed to be guests at Eckhard and Bea's from 05/15-25/2025 and felt completely comfortable from the first moment. The apartment is large, bright, beautifully decorated and absolutely clean – you can immediately feel how much heart and care is in every detail. Especially for families, it is a small paradise: In every room, toys were lovingly prepared, the sockets are childproof – everything is well thought out and designed with a lot of love. Our little son loved it! We will be happy to come back from the bottom of our hearts!

We had such a wonderful stay! The apartment was easy to find, looked like the photos, and has a well equipped kitchen. It was nice and spacious and well suited for two couples and dog. Great communication from Andrea and Jörg. We would definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking in the area!

A really great accommodation in quiet surroundings! It only took us 15-20 minutes by car to get to the beach. Since we were there with our four-legged friend, it was important to us that he can go everywhere and this was possible! Whether on the lake, on the dog beach or in the restaurants and he also felt right at home in the apartment. :) We thank you for a great stay in your beautiful holiday home and will definitely come back again.

So here we felt right at home! Loving design in everything as well as perfect cleanliness make the arrival as in a 2nd home very easy. Very good instructions, very clear and complete, no questions remain unanswered! The restaurant tips were all super good and we always had a good time on the excursions - favorites: Restaurant Kabajs and Castos, walk on the wall, of course the art gallery... Excursions to the north/Norddeich, Aurich and Greetsiel were also great. The most wonderful thing was the incredible friendliness of the East Frisians, consistently and simply pleasant to spend a relaxing time in the fresh North Sea air. Glad to come back!

We spent an absolutely great extended weekend here with a child!! Everything absolutely clean and very well appointed. I can only agree with the previous reviews and would love to come back anytime! We have already been to this beautiful house several times and always feel very comfortable. It really has everything you need and both nature and Emden are really easy to reach.

Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet Günther, but his wife. She was an amazing host. We were greeted with our house names at the front door. 😊 In the fridge, there was a bottle of summer beer, a bottle of sparkling wine, candies, chocolate and a large piece of Frisian cake for us. Simply fantastic!!!! The apartment and terrace were a dream. Magnificent view of the Larreelter Deep. We will be happy to come back.

The house is wonderfully situated on a small pond with evening sun in the garden - wonderful! The furnishings are stylish and chic. The kitchen is very well equipped and even in the rain you can eat outside under a roof on the terrace. It is a stone's throw to the Petkum ferry (there are good fish rolls) and you can also quickly get to Emden after a short bike ride along the canal. All around a very great place to stay that I can only recommend.

We have rarely been so warmly welcomed in an accommodation. We were very pleased with the small surprise basket we found in the vacation home. The apartment is simple but tastefully furnished and above all tiptop clean. It is definitely worth mentioning the super cozy bed. The value is excellent and there was really nothing to complain about.

Jan's beach house is really beautiful. The view from the bed to the lake at dawn alone is wonderful. But also a barbecue evening on the terrace, while the kids were digging in the private beach, was fantastic and a reason why we will come back. Jan always responded quickly and was very friendly. An extremely cozy cottage with excellent diverse amenities. We had intense sun, so we were especially grateful for the shutters and parasol. The kitchen offered an above-average amount of cooking options and we also appreciated the dishwasher. Melanie always answered our questions quickly and kindly. Generally a very positive experience, definitely recommended :)

We enjoyed Silas' house. Everything was super clean. The beds were wonderful, nothing was missing in the kitchen, a quiet area with a nice spacious terrace. The bikes can be in the shed, which is also very nice. The Kiessee is within walking distance, and there is also a wonderful swimming pool within walking distance. Shops are easily accessible by bike or car. Hage is a nice town with restaurants and a nice ice cream parlor. You can enjoy cycling and walking in the area. Norddeich is nice to go to. Schloss Lutetsburg is also well worth it. Greetsiel, nice to stroll and eat a nice fish. all in all, we had a very nice vacation at Silas!

As always, Tim's apartment was just a dream. This time we were here with our one-year-old son and thanks to the high chair and super bed situation, that was also just great! The size is great and the location just perfect for the south beach but also easily accessible by public transport. We will be happy to come back!

Ellens apartment is very easy to reach, we were allowed to check in earlier than indicated and Lars welcomed us and showed us the apartment. The apartment is beautiful, very quiet, terrace and garden wonderful for relaxing. Only the bathroom is very small. The whole thing is a bit remote - a car is necessary, but you can also reach the nearest town by bike. In the area you can watch the North Sea, enjoy wonderful scenery, explore nice towns, eat well, is in 1.5h in Groningen NL - simply switch off. We really enjoyed the days!

A highly recommended accommodation with everything you need for a stay 😊 For the location, a bicycle is recommended, but also within walking distance if you have no problem walking about 15 minutes from the train station. The apartment offers plenty of space, is very clean and the kitchen offers everything you need! We will be happy to come back!

Ingo has everything you need to feel at home. Grilling, cooking, relaxing, etc. The garten is peaceful and quiet and in a low-traffic part of the neighborhood. Multiple supermarkets in walking distance and the city center is just a short bus or bicycle ride away.

We were able to enjoy the time with Heike and Thomas very much and had a great time. Everything was top notch! :)

We had a great stay at this holiday home. The garden was very nice, perfect for relaxing, and the beach was easily accessible by bike. The house was clean and spacious, making our vacation comfortable. The only small downside was the lack of a washing machine. Overall, we would recommend it, especially for families who enjoy outdoor space and easy beach access.
