Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Westchester, Los Angeles

We visited this property and hated leaving it for our LA activities. The house itself is a destination worth visiting. The property was very retro feeling and made me imagine famous 70s movie stars partying here long ago. The views are spectacular and make you California dream. We will be back!

the place was perfect for us three adults in town for our daughter's UCLA graduation. Peaceful, but perfectly located for walking down to the Venice Canals/nearby shops and restaurants. very spacious, and we loved the hot-tub! very well equipped with all your cooking needs, although we were so busy, we didnt cook one meal there! And thank you Colin, for being so responsive to every inquiry...whether it be an early check-in, how to operate the air conditioning and other items. would DEFINITELY come back next time in town!

The house is massive and the pictures don't do it justice! The open layout from the entry all the way through the living room, dining room and family room has a great flow. The skylights in the high ceilings provide great natural lighting and such a spacious feel. This house is perfect for a family with kids or several couples. The huge dining table is perfect for group meals and the refrigerator/freezer are extra large. The house is in the perfect neighborhood--close enough to the main streets that you could walk but so quiet. We stayed for a month and we are sensitive to noise and were never once disturbed. From the bbq grill to the hottub, the outdoor space/landscaping is beautiful and very clean. Andy was our primary host and was extremely responsive. He even proactively reached out to us before we checked in to make sure all of our needs were met and even went the extra step to perform a specialized cleaning on the sofas as our kids have allergies/asthma. 5 stars all around!

It’s a beautiful house and the pool/spa were excellent! They were quick to heat and our little boy had the best time in the spacious pool. We met the host once and he was very helpful and considerate. He lives in the front of the house but is very respectful. We were visiting family who lived just down the road and this house was perfect

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

It’s a sweet house that my family and I don’t want to leave. That’s the house we dreamed to have, we will rent that house again when we trip to Los Angeles next time.

Liza and Pascal are phenomenal hosts! They are hospitable, attentive, and accessible! I appreciated Liza checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable, and her readiness to recommend great places to eat and fun things to do in the area. If I had a question, she answered within minutes. The house is beautiful! It is clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. This was my first time using Airbnb, and I could not have asked for a better experience!

Vanessa helped make our stay absolutely incredible and it was a once in a lifetime experience. She made us feel right at home with all the amenities taken care of, her stay was equipped with absolutely everything you can need for your stay; from cookware to snacks, even sunscreen because we definitely forgot to pack it. Leading up to the stay, Vanessa also kindly provided us lots of recommendations on what to do and what to see during our short stay. The purpose of our trip was for my brother-in-law to propose to his girlfriend and from the beginning to end of this plan, Vanessa and her assistants were there to help facilitate the process making everything truly so easy to coordinate. We’re so thankful for Vanessa and her team’s hospitality and I would strongly recommend Vanessa’s place in Malibu for everyone looking to visit.

Great place. Plenty of room for our family if 8. Loved the little extras ( snacks, laundry detergent, paper towels). Not far from all the tourist attractions. Community was very quiet.

We stayed for 5 nights with a family of 14, including 2 toddlers. This home was perfect for our needs! The house was very clean, the game room was great, and the pool and spa perfect for relaxing and entertaining our kids after long days at Disneyland. A gate around the pool was very important to us, and gave us a peace of mind to stay there with a couple of toddlers who don't know how to swim yet. The house is well stocked and had everything we needed! The only semi- critique I have is that the back door does not lock, but is secured by a wooden stick in the door rail. And like a previous reviewer said, the garage is not securely locked and the door leading into the house from the garage has no lock. We moved a heavy table in front of the door each night for that extra security. We never felt unsafe though, as the neighborhood is quiet. Better secured doors is something I think could improve the home, but overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had the most stunning views. The host was brilliant—super friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. Already thinking about when I can come back!

This was truly one of the best vacation homes I’ve ever stayed at. The house was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and offered complete privacy. The host was outstanding, always prompt and attentive to our needs. The backyard was absolutely stunning—watching the hummingbirds sip from the water fountain in the early morning was an unforgettable highlight. I can’t recommend this place enough for a relaxing getaway!
