We had such a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our stay, really spacious, comfortable and clean. The hot tub was great and the house was so close to the beach (less than 5 min walk). Aimee and Paul were really helpful and responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend booking a stay here!

Great Location lots to do locally, close to Poole. spotlessly clean with fresh clean linen. very comfortable & homely. bottle of wine & chocolates, & fresh milk on arrival,nice touch. everything you need for a great break.

An absolutely gorgeous place to stay. The location was wonderful, you felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, despite there being a pub next door! Lots of walks or cycles from the door, yet 2 minutes from a main road. The house was beautifully decorated and great bedrooms, lovely linen and comfy beds, with fantastic bathrooms. Everything you needed to cook for yourself and great recommendations of things to do and places to go. We had ponies outside our garden! Paul was a great host, responsive and helpful, really welcoming and very kind regarding checking in and out. We were there to celebrate a few things and felt it was absolutely the place for that. The pub next door under new owners was very friendly but did not disturb us at all. Thank you Paul, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

The rooms were clean with lovely beach decor throughout the house . For the downstairs sofa bed you need to put the sheets on the duvet yourself (sheets provided) . We had 5 of us in the tub it might be a bit tight if your tall but sat crossed leg /legs over each other or knees bent all of us were somewhat comfortabley in . It’s a good hot tub tbf and could have had another person fit . Location was on a lovely street , with Tesco a 2 mins drive down the road . I recommend Browndog cafe after checkout as it’s 5 mins from the house and near the beach . It was 10-15 mins drive to the beach we went to . All instructions are clear and provided before check in with a very helpful and responsive host. Beds were comfortable as well especially the single beds in the smaller room .

You must stay here! It was beautiful. Clean, tidy, everything you needed. The host and house manager went above and beyond for us. We can’t wait to come back!

We have just returned from the most amazing week staying at the bolt hole. The house and location were just perfect and exactly what we needed for our two young energetic boys and dog. We spent plenty of time in the stunning garden and relaxing in the hot tub. Thank you so much Claire and Buster for making us feel so welcome and especially for allowing us to meet all of the animals. Freddie and Bertie will keep these memories for life and they are already missing playing with the dogs ( especially Fred ) and saying hello to Bernard every morning through the gate. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future.

We used Katie’s place as a base for our group of friends with kids as a base for Bournemouth, Peppa pig and longleat. It was a very comfortable, homely stay. The property was more spacious than on the pictures and had 3.5 bathrooms which was a big plus for our group. Had parking for two of our cars as well! Kitchen was well equipped and Katie was always responsive. Would use this as our base again!

Fantastic Stay at Cliff Heights Apartment 3! We had a lovely two-night stay & would absolutely return! The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, and very well-equipped — it felt like a real home away from home. The living space was bright and airy, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, with clear instructions provided in advance. One of the highlights was the private garden patio — a lovely spot to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air, especially in the mornings. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the beach and only about 10–13 minutes to the Bournemouth International Centre, which we really enjoyed. The coastal path offers stunning views over the bay — it made our walks feel like part of the holiday rather than just getting from A to B. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and stylish place to stay in Bournemouth, I highly recommend this apartment.

We were greeted by Michael and Christine on arrival and were shown into the accommodation which was very much to our liking and needs. Separate bedroom to lounge diner kitchen which was very well equipped. Lovely outdoor area table and chairs to relax. Good storage in bedroom for clothes and bathroom shower was perfect. Great for shops, buses and riverside walks. Michael and Christine were perfect hosts and we hope to come back sometime in the future.

A super flat at a very handy location in the centre of Brockenhurst, a 10 minute walk from the railway station. We particularly appreciated the spacious and well equipped kitchen. There is easy to access to numerous walking routes in the New Forest, both on foot and by train. Brockenhurst itself has numerous restaurants and pubs and a significant WW1 connection with NZ, about which there is a wealth of information at the parish church of St Nicholas and its churchyard.

Maggie’s place is stunning, we loved the sunny sitting room and the courtyard garden. The whole place is extremely well equipped, Maggie had thought of everything. The bed is really comfy, cosy with beautiful linen. We loved it and hope to stay again sometime. Thanks Maggie.

We had a fantastic, relaxing stay at Foxholes Road! The property was spotless and modern. There were some lovely touches of fresh flowers on the table, dressing gowns, coffee pods and milk! The location was perfect to walk to the coast. Richard was very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend Richard and his property!

This is a lovely stylish apartment. Has the feel of a home not just a “ let”Communication was excellent. We returned one evening very wet and cold to find the heating on it was much appreciated.Good comfy beds with quality bedding.Two lovely big reception rooms with comfortable furnishings.

Jason and Samantha have a lovely apartment that is in the perfect location for all local amenities and exploring Bournemouth and the surrounding area. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The living room has two comfy sofas and a large smart TV for relaxing in the evenings. We really enjoyed the kitchen for preparing and eating our meals. Bedrooms were huge with plenty of space for unpacking and both beds were super comfy for a great nights sleep. We enjoyed exploring Westbourne's shops and places to eat. Special mention to Chez Fred for fish and chips and the Moka Pot café for breakfast. It was great to have all this on your door step. Jason as a host was very responsive and gave clear instructions in order to find the apartment and check in. Thank you for a really lovely stay and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic flat in the heart of Lymington, car space very close and easy to find - walking distance to everything. Cosy and stylish, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels and fresh water by the beds - a lovely touch. We will stay again and would highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable weekend in Lymington.

James is a lovely person and his home is really magical and he gave us total privacy but was ready to help or advise on anything, it was a lovely experience and definitely going back the house is fantastic really special and huge I have never slept in such a huge house even the bathroom was lovely the house is really authentic and fabulous wild garden I loved the windows beautiful location really quiet

Each summer a U.K. FAMILY holiday is planned for three generations ..ages 5 up to well quite a lot! The choice this year was to go to Simons place.and what a find for everyone. A characterful house. Inside spacious spotless , kitchen brilliant ,, bedrooms roomy , bathroom ( particularly first floor) fabulous, living room so homely with Simons personal collection of books, his piano, homeliness beyond, and with cable Tv Incorporating Sports channels , and Netflix and Prime Video . Outside the decking in the rear garden a wonderful morning sun trap , the front garden full of charm with BBQ facilities and two squirrels nicknamed Bill and Bob..there every morning … The location very peaceful , parking at front and rear of property . Local shops , and the beach within easy 5-10 minutes walk and buses same time away into Bournemouth Poole and Christchurch . A wonderful seven days

Enjoyed a memorable stay in Goretti’s peaceful and spacious home. The house is fully equipped and was extremely clean. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden and conservatory. Communication was seamless. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home. It was lovely to be greeted by the host with a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge.

Lovely family home in the heart of the new forest. Was perfect for a pre Christmas getaway with lovely fireplace and warm Arga in the kitchen. Ian and team were very accommodating and it was lovely to have our two cocker spaniels with us to enjoy long daily walks in the forest. Will definitely be back again
