Fabulous hosts! Very accommodating and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Extremely safe and walkable neighborhood. Quick and easy access to interstate. Extremely spacious unit with well equipped kitchen, living room, gas fireplace and of course, the amazing hot tub with views. Taunya was the perfect host, available when we had questions or when we had time to chat as well as giving us autonomy and privacy. We had an amazing week staying here. We will definitely stay in touch and book this space again. We hope to meet Christoph on our next visit.

We had an amazing stay! The place looked exactly like the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The view and the surroundings were absolutely stunning, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, four comfortable bedrooms, laundry facilities, and even a huge selection of board games that kept us entertained in the evenings. The instructions for check-in and house rules were clear and easy to follow, and the host was super responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

Staying at Jason’s place was an absolute pleasure. He has a gift for making people feel truly welcome — warm, thoughtful, and effortlessly hospitable. From the moment we arrived, his home felt like a peaceful retreat, and his inviting nature set the tone for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the experience of his guests, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness he showed us.

Nathan’s place is more than we can asked for. We came to Salt Lake City for medical reasons and his place is only 2.5 miles away from Intermountain Medical Center. The drive going to his place from the hospital is gorgeous! It’s also located in a nice quite neighborhood and close to a grocery store, restaurants, and a strip mall

Beautiful and spacious basement apartment. Safe neighborhood. Everything is as described! would recommend. I stayed with three teenagers and they had plenty of space. Two full bathrooms was a plus!

Just finished our stay at The Arcade and we were very impressed! Although this Air B&B is relatively small for a 3BR property, the attention to detail in making all guests comfortable was above and beyond our expectations! Our group consisted of my daughter-in-law, my 10- and 7-year-old granddaughters, and myself. The beds and linens in all rooms were super-cozy and comfortable. The in-room AC units were easily controlled by remotes, and the TVs in all bedrooms were an extra amenity we very much appreciated. The washer and dryer, dishwasher, and fridge were in excellent condition, as was the overall appearance of the bathroom and living areas. When we mentioned to our host David that the Monopoly game was missing playing pieces, he arranged for brand-new Monopoly AND Scrabble games to be delivered to us within a few short hours ... above and beyond the call of duty! This property is in a lovely neighborhood and is exactly as described. We highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here! The space was very clean and comfortable. Each room had nice extra touches like a very well stocked pantry, books, toys, plush blankets, and shower toiletries. Communication and check in/out instructions were clear and easy to follow. This made for a very welcome stop on a long road trip with our two dogs!

We had a great stay! We used the pool and hot tub a lot and enjoyed the stunning views from the back deck. Great view of the sunset as well. It is in a great location with many restaurant's and hikes near by. Maddi and Diane made sure we had everything we needed to have a great visit. Highly recommend!

Such a great little place! Exactly as described, maybe even better in person somehow! Loved the location, everything was clean and organized, and it was super easy to check in and out. Such a beautiful property we’d definitely stay again!

My husband and I were perfectly comfortable at Sean’s place for our stay! The location was very convenient to many restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do. We loved the fenced yard for our dog, as we didn’t have to worry when letting her out! We used the hot tub once, and loved it! I read one of the reviews that said it doesn’t hold its heat for more than 15 minutes, but that wasn’t our experience. There are also quite a few reviews mentioning the road noise, but when you book something that’s very close to downtown/ a busy area, I think that can be expected, and it didn’t bother us at all. We didn’t hear a peep from upstairs, either! The bathroom was stocked with essentials and the kitchen was well enough equipped to cook some simple meals. Altogether a great stay!

The place was just as described and in a perfect location. Check in was simple and checkout wasn’t tedious at all, just a few minor things anyone should do anyway. Karolynn’s recommendations were spot on for fun things to experience for our family of 5. The proximity to many different local activities made it a breeze to get out and find things to do. The peaceful neighborhood and views of mountains in every direction made this a great spot to unwind. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to our second trip to Utah!

Enjoyed our stay, we loved stopping and visiting (and shopping) the Club Mud pottery! Very private area, would stay again.

Great location, peaceful and away from the main area which we enjoyed but close enough which made in convenient to get around. The views of the mountains were spectacular. The airbnb itself has every possible kitchen item you may need to cook any and every meal imaginable. The bathroom was spotless and the bed was super comfy. 10/10

Doug's private suite is modern and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and, more importantly, pods for the coffee maker. The bathroom has plenty of linens and a very nice walk-in shower. The bed and furniture are comfortable. The check-in and check-out instructions are clear, and the procedures are easy. The neighborhood is walkable with many cute bungalows. There are plenty of restaurants and shops only a few blocks away in the 9th & 9th district. Doug's property will be among my top choices for future trips to Salt Lake City.
