Beautiful 18th century cottage in Arundel

Welcome to Papillon Cottage. Our cottage is a gem in Arundel with a beautiful private garden and three lovely bedrooms. We are close to the car park which is a bonus in Arundel as parking can be very difficult and the swimming pool is just a few footsteps away. The castle and beautiful shops and restaurants are all within a five minute walk and there are many beautiful walks along the river and over the Arundel estate to enjoy. We love it here and hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

New kitchen & bathrooms for Easter 2023! This is a fantastic very well equipped & tastefully decorated seaside home. It has a large enclosed garden and is situated on a quiet private beach road just 2 mins walk from the beach. Billy’s cafe & the Medmerry RSPB reserve are easy to walk to. Ideal for families, couples, wind & kitesurfers,surfers,kayaking,fishing, horse & motor sport lovers. West Wittering Beach is only a 7min drive and Goodwood 15 mins. East Wittering village is a five min drive.

Enjoy views over Chichester Harbour, to the Witterings, Chichester Cathedral, the South Downs etc. Wittering Sands is on the lagoon facing Hayling Island Sailing Club, a 5 minute walk. Eastoke beach & Sandy Point Nature Reserve are very close. Sparkes Marina with bar & restaurant is a short stroll away. The house has 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and separate WC and lots of living space.
